Why one less star? Simply to draw attention to a few points:
We weren't given a drinks or wine list (we had to ask for them ourselves).
We weren't informed about items that were out of stock, so when we ordered a T-bone steak that was "out of stock" and then duck breasts as a last resort, which were also "out of stock," we were somewhat disappointed.
Finally, I think it's important to mention all the components of the dish. It wasn't specified that there were onions and/or shallots in the burger, but they were. My partner, who can't eat them, had to pick through them and remove most of the sauce and cheese... which was a shame.
Luckily, she's not allergic; the evening would have ended very differently.
It's a pity because we enjoyed our dinner at Edgar's, and we will most certainly return soon, as we still had a really good meal.

David and his wife fully contributed to the success of this evening with their professionalism, attentiveness, and kindness in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, just like their restaurant. It was fantastic! 👌 The portions were very generous... the cooking was perfect, the quality impeccable.... I highly recommend them.

28/08/2026: Ordered mid-afternoon, waited 45 minutes, and there was no one inside or at the drive-thru. What's the wait time like during peak hours?
And to top it all off, after checking the order, I ordered a Coke, but I received a Cherry Coke; I ordered vegan nuggets, but I received chicken nuggets. And to top it all off, one item was missing.
What a shame not to be more vigilant when there's plenty of time to prepare everything...
22/08/2026: Okay, it's a McDonald's, but the staff are incredibly friendly, very professional, and fast! That's quite rare in a McDonald's, so it's worth mentioning.

14/08/2026: Welcoming, warm, and smiling staff! 😊 We arrived at 1:30 pm after our morning canoeing trip, a group of 12, and they didn't hesitate for a second to welcome us, always with a smile!
The meal was quick and very good. We will definitely be back!

28/05/2026: Excellent roaster with a lovely shop offering everything you need for your coffee breaks. A family business with very welcoming owners.
The coffee is roasted locally and comes in quality packaging to preserve the freshness of the beans, which isn't always the case, so that's a big plus.
The traceability is also excellent, as the country, region, and altitude are all known, which will please coffee lovers. To go even further, if you could also indicate the producer, any treatments used, and the roasting date, that would be perfect!

26/08/2026: This is my second visit, the staff is always very welcoming. I come alone, yet it's still a very warm experience. Try the wok dishes, they're superb! The satay sauce was really good. Thank you again, I'll be back.
20/08/2026: Zero stars would be more appropriate. The waitress was shouting in Chinese to each other, the Thai wok had a horrible burnt and gassy taste—impossible to eat—and they charged us €5 for wasting it. The buffet was awful, tasteless, frozen food, and the sushi was dreadful. Avoid at all costs!

23/08/2026: Order for 4: no napkins, no cutlery for the cheese fries, no dessert with the Happy Meal, and the sauces were a joke. I can't wait for this place to close and for a new one to open soon. As a resident of Caussade, I've never had a decent order.

McDonald's is getting worse and worse. Can't wait for it to close.

10/08/2026: I ordered a meal for three people yesterday; it was supposed to be for dine-in, but there was no air conditioning and no outdoor seating.
I find it unacceptable that the CEO doesn't install air conditioning, leaving their employees practically suffocating in the kitchens.
We finally received our takeout order after a 30-minute wait. The person distributing the orders wasn't efficient and wasn't doing anything to ensure the orders weren't delayed.

09/08/2026: I was shocked by the scene earlier, as it seemed to me that an employee was yelling at his superior in front of everyone (I could tell because he shouted). The management is disastrous. Despite everything, the very friendly manager was trying to handle the situation by reassuring us about the wait, despite the rush and the argument.
Today was quite hot, and I noticed the lack of air conditioning; it must be quite difficult for the employees.
