18/05/2026: Good service, but the vegetarian burger wasn't on the menu!!???

14/05/2026: Catastrophic staff. Don't go there. I'll never set foot in there again. We were ordering takeout at the kiosks, 30 minutes before closing time, and the manager was pacing back and forth, rushing us to finish. All this while a group of teenagers were eating right next door (and slowly at that!). Later, they refused our orders using our loyalty points unless we showed them our app, claiming we were buying loyalty accounts, when the app was simply malfunctioning. When we tried to explain this calmly, they became agitated and said they were going to call the police… honestly, it's absolute madness. Don't go. RUN AWAY.
