04/09/2026: Very pleasant and professional staff
02/09/2026: I politely requested a refund for a coffee worth the equivalent of $9 Canadian, as it tasted like water. No problem, these things happen. But after being told that a refund was only given if the product was bad, I was literally told that it was "my problem" when I pointed out that it was.
I don't usually leave this kind of review, but it was genuinely inconsiderate.

McDonald's
Orly
07/09/2026: It's a shame, there's always an endless wait and something is always missing.
03/09/2026: A full menu was missing (something I noticed when I arrived at work). I went back to tell them, and it took them 15 minutes to decide to remake the menu for me. No compensation was offered, not even a free French fry, as I had requested, so I could have eaten a hot meal.
The woman in the kitchen was very pleasant, but the one preparing the orders was much less so.

Starbucks
Orly
26/09/2026: Starbucks is dirty, the staff emptied their trash in front of us... I think the customer deserves more respect, it doesn't make me want to come back, sorry ☹️😩
17/09/2026: The surroundings and views from this Starbucks are pleasant. The prices are a bit higher, of course. The unfortunate thing, especially in an airport, is the reception. Not a single smile and barely a thank you, which is a real shame considering the international clientele.
