Delivery took longer than usual, the meal was completely cold, the bag was soggy with a spilled drink, and the fries were inedible (mushy and soaked in oil). Complaint filed via the app: no compensation offered, response limited to respecting the delivery time, then the conversation closed. A very disappointing experience, both in terms of the quality of the order and the customer service.
