21/09/2026: I eat here quite regularly, sometimes once or twice a week because I study nearby. Each time, I notice the same problems, some frequent, some different: - Lack of hygiene (servers touching the trash cans and then returning to serve without washing their hands). You can see the people in the kitchen through the counter; I've seen three or four people touch the meat or fried food with their hands and then wipe themselves on it. People blowing their noses, sneezing, or coughing without washing their hands afterward. Overflowing trash cans, dirty tables, and slippery floors. The restrooms are often dirty, and the mirrors are even worse. - The rudeness of some of the employees: No "Hello," no "Have a good day," no "Enjoy your meal." “When you speak to a staff member, they immediately roll their eyes and claim they're busy. - Service: Several times, they've spilled food on my tray or on my items, and two or three times they've refused to reorder, claiming that “It's fine, only some of the items are wet, the rest are dry.” The endless wait to be paid is unacceptable, especially since most of the time I wait to be paid for my order, which is already ready, so they give it to me even though I've been waiting for ages to pay. There are often mistakes with orders, whether it's in-store, at the drive-thru, or in-store. Forgotten items, wrong items ordered, etc.”

20/09/2026: I came in tonight and received a Chicago burger with one meat patty instead of two, and without bacon. Instead of my usual BAP (Bread and Apple Pasta), I received 20 veggie nuggets. Please double-check your orders! 😡
