30/06/2026: One day delicious, one day average, then another truly awful, neither good nor fresh. It's hard to know what to expect. It's a shame because the reputation was built on this consistently superior quality. When you bought it, you knew you were in for a treat; that's no longer the case today, despite the prosperity. So, growth or croissants and other treats?

15/08/2026: I went to your shop today to buy a cake and frankly, I'm very disappointed. First of all, the price—€3.80 for a Saint Honoré cake is acceptable, but the service was appalling! The cake looked magnificent in the display case, but when it came time to package it for takeout, it got a little damaged. I asked if it could be put in a box, if possible, and they told me, "I don't know if that will work," but they just shoved it into the poorly closed box anyway, rather angrily. I realized later that the cake would be ruined! Half the whipped cream was on the employee's hand and the other half was directly on the box. Oh, and let's not even mention the state of the dirty box! Sure, some days are busier than others, but that doesn't mean we should neglect the service; it's kind of what a bakery/pastry shop is all about, really. Anyway, you used to be my favorite bakery, I'm gutted. It's a shame the service isn't up to par anymore. P.S.: Please remember to wear gloves when handling pastries; it's basic hygiene. Please.
