05/10/2026: Okay, since September, things have gone downhill fast. I was insulted for no reason by the staff, the burger had no meat, the ice cream was melted, the table wasn't washed, it was extremely hot in the children's play area, the music was blasting so loudly the bass was distorted, I paid full price for the novelty menu without the included attraction, the small salad was served completely differently every time, the reusable containers were faulty, and the sauces I ordered were regularly wrong. The play area was completely neglected; there was dried-out food in it, and the floor was a disaster—children's feet were filthy when they walked, even on days when the establishment was supposed to be cleaned and had low customer traffic. Even the baby changing table was disgusting! 🤢🤮 This has to wake up, it's just not good enough!!!
