26/09/2024: For several years we have been coming to Clem every month for professional reasons and have had access to the meeting room. We have always been well received by efficient and lovely staff (former team)! And then this summer, we learned in the newspapers that there had been a change of ownership. No call to introduce yourself or explain to us that the card has changed and the prices too!! Well it happens during a launch but the apotheosis was at our last monthly meeting: nothing is done as we were used to (normally the old team is no longer there except an adorable waitress who does her best to manage the room without organization and with a certain pressure: we have heard and seen the behavior of the new boss several times: clearly lacking humility, kindness and HUMANITY I spoke to him on the phone and I have rarely felt so much contempt with a touch. Other people had the same feeling because they had to call and were able to tell him: but no professional or commercial reaction. We had extra dishes, missing dishes. Result I had to start my training with 30 minutes. late and once again, the boss did not deign to come and apologize or do anything!! On the other hand, he can be seen in the corridor and in the restaurant speaking loudly (upstairs in his office or in the dining room); discretion is an important point when looking to “raise prestige”). I will probably not return to Clem because what I need as a professional is a relationship of trust, respect, a lot of humanity, kindness and integrity. I don't find any of my values ​​with them and I'm sorry, especially for the old team which conveyed these values ​​and where we felt the good atmosphere between them. There is still one positive point: the food is good (now that doesn't transcend either, however the wallet feels good!!!)

30/06/2024: Clearly the waiter is racist, without a doubt, he serves foreigners last, he is unpleasant from experience and given the comments from foreigners, it's a superiority complex I imagine, we are like even people who studied in this beautiful country and who have become executives who contribute to development and not those you imagine in your limited little brain, and above all we are more open than you and we accept others because we are all human beings. 24/06/2024: Very sparsely populated because of Monday and bad weather, not a single pretzel 🥨 or peanut 🥜 as an aperitif, no problem, I'll come back if I can....

14/06/2024: Très belle découverte du 1987 Coffee House, endroit atypique, féerique, cocooning, on ressent la minutie de la déco et des objets singuliers choisis. Un Monsieur très pro et best barista qui est très accueillant et souriant , merci ! Le café crème et le fudge cake choco ont régalés mes papilles, juste délicieux ! Je vais revenir vite pour goûter les autres pâtisseries "maison" , et reprendre un délicieux grand crème, ça c'est une certitude! Venez découvrir vous serez vraiment agréablement surpris👍🥧☕🦋😊
