27/05/2026: The waitress or owner was very nice but overwhelmed on Tuesday, May 26th.
The Caesar salad wasn't a Caesar salad at all: large green lettuce leaves, a single head of romaine, and barely cooked bacon.
A piña colada at €12 was a bit of an overcharge. Very expensive for the quality. €72 for two people for two Caesar salads, two two-scoop ice cream sundaes, a glass of white wine, and a piña colada.
It's a shame because the person serving us was doing her best alone with so many people.
15/05/2026: Homemade food! We arrived as a group of 12 with several dogs and were very well received. We ate like kings at affordable prices 🤤

18/05/2026: Overall, a disappointment at this restaurant, which was once a local institution in Les Sables-d'Olonne until the change in management. The welcome was friendly, but it took 25 minutes for someone to come and take our aperitif order. Another 20 minutes for our main course order. A young woman saved the day with her friendliness, but overall the service seemed very amateurish.
Thankfully, the dishes arrived fairly quickly.
The menu made promises that weren't kept.
We ordered gravlax salmon and spring rolls with duck breast. The result was unremarkable.
We followed with confit leg of lamb with fruit, which was well-prepared but served with bland polenta, and then an octopus risotto with equally bland puréed rice.
We gave up before dessert, after an hour and 50 minutes.
What a shame!

25/09/2024: We had dinner at the restaurant which was a real surprise. We were able to reserve a table with a sea view, the staff were attentive and the food was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend this restaurant 👍
