05/08/2026: Hello We usually go to Galway, but this time we were disappointed. At aperitif time, the lemonade glass was only two-thirds full... It was supposed to be the same volume as the colas. The menu choices are more limited than before, with only one option (carpaccio or sausage and mashed potatoes). And above all, we've never seen anything like it: the waitress was so glum, but the owner (?) was really unfriendly. We used to love going to Galway for the atmosphere, but today it was incredibly depressing. In addition, the menu isn't particularly cheap. The children's menu is nothing special at €15. We'll explore other places in Les Sables next time. Perhaps we can thank Galway for that. In short, very disappointed. JMarc

04/08/2026: We were unfortunately disappointed by the cappuccino, priced at €5.50. The coffee had a very weak taste and the foam was unimpressive. At that price, we expected better quality.

18/05/2026: Overall, a disappointment at this restaurant, which was once a local institution in Les Sables-d'Olonne until the change in management. The welcome was friendly, but it took 25 minutes for someone to come and take our aperitif order. Another 20 minutes for our main course order. A young woman saved the day with her friendliness, but overall the service seemed very amateurish. Thankfully, the dishes arrived fairly quickly. The menu made promises that weren't kept. We ordered gravlax salmon and spring rolls with duck breast. The result was unremarkable. We followed with confit leg of lamb with fruit, which was well-prepared but served with bland polenta, and then an octopus risotto with equally bland puréed rice. We gave up before dessert, after an hour and 50 minutes. What a shame!

23/05/2026: Great evening! Thank you to the lovely waitress Calypso for her professionalism in advising us and for her prompt service.

08/08/2026: The hamburgers were disgusting, the meat was undercooked, even though I specifically asked for it to be well-done. The kebab was also bad, unappetizing, with greasy, overly salty meat and undercooked fries. The staff was so-so. I don't recommend it, and I won't be going back.

15/07/2026: It's not bad, average value for money. However, the service at the till was sluggish and there were major problems taking orders. I ordered the wrong panini, and the fries weren't what I wanted. What reassured me was that every table around me had their order entered incorrectly...
