15/08/2026: Frankly, this kind of service is disappointing. Several times now, we've been served flat drinks and ice at the drive-thru during this heatwave, and despite repeated attempts to get help from the managers, nothing changes. Furthermore, the waiting times are unacceptable. Frankly, this restaurant isn't going to improve McDonald's reputation. I'm thinking of taking this further with McDonald's France, and if that doesn't work, we'll consider posting videos on social media. It's unacceptable that things have come to this.

15/08/2026: Horrible smell when I walked in. They were missing three sauces and the Capri Sun. Plus a drink. I ordered a small Vrap Ranch with spoiled chicken, and the taste matched the smell of the restaurant. And to top it all off, nothing we ordered was hot.
