06/04/2024: I arrived with 5 people to eat we waited 30 minutes while employees discussed instead of working the order and arrived and as a bonus there was missing a meal the mc do was almost empty the only one who worked was florian who was running like a rabbit
04/04/2024: Saturday March 30 30 minutes wait between payment and room service.
Can we still talk about fast food???
Fortunately there has been the smile and kindness of the team in the room for years (and this time I am not naming her under penalty of having my review deleted again)
Where have McDonald’s service standards gone???
