23/02/2026: Superb location, top-notch service, extraordinary home cooking, I highly recommend it.
07/01/2026: This year, we wanted to gather the family for Christmas in a special and welcoming place. I chose La Grange de Séveyrac, which I hadn't been to before. We were all pleasantly surprised. To begin with, the place is full of charm, nestled in a lovely natural setting on a site steeped in history, and the barn has been tastefully restored with respect for its authenticity.
The welcome is simple and warm; you immediately feel at ease. As for the service, nothing is overlooked; Anne, the owner and cook, is incredibly attentive. The traditional cuisine reflects the spirit of La Grange: simple yet refined, using high-quality ingredients.
We were all delighted by the setting, the atmosphere, and the meal.
This has led us to plan another Christmas together at La Grange de Séveyrac! 😊

28/02/2026: We just ate there. A supposedly gourmet meal. Starter, main course, and dessert for 45 euros. The fish was overcooked, and the desserts, while pretty, were uninteresting. A bit disappointing. As an amuse-bouche, two uninspired cheese gougères that certainly weren't fresh. Fortunately, the foie gras and aligot were very good. Where were the vegetables???
In short, an okay menu, but not worth the price. Judging by the reviews, I think you can eat just as well with the 22-euro bistro menu.
The waitress was very kind and pleasant. A nice gesture: a free coffee!!!
(There were only three tables; how could they mess up the cooking?)

13/05/2024: . L’intérieur du restaurant manque peut être un peu de modernité mais c’est vite oublié grâce à l’accueil’ et au sourire de la maîtresse de maison.
Découverte de la cuisine de Guillaume Viala avec le menu nature, du goût, de l’authenticité, des explosions de saveurs… tout s’enchaîne à merveille. Merci
04/05/2024: Pour un restaurant étoilé, le choix des mets n'est pas à la hauteur (maquereaux, porc). Le menu sur papier fait prestigieux mais il ne l'est plus dans l'assiette...

23/06/2024: Endroit parfait, repas excellent cuit au feu de bois, terrasse avec vue magnifique sur le trou de Bezouls, personnel très gentil et professionnel.
