05/08/2026: This lunchtime we decided to eat at your little restaurant, where we felt right at home. People actually said hello, which is becoming rare. But anyway, back to the matter at hand: you appeared after a quick ring of the bell, and you were seated at the bar. You greeted us very kindly, and we didn't regret our choice. I must admit that you run the place single-handedly, and yet we didn't have to wait long. I envy your calm and professionalism. Thank you, and a special mention for your perfectly cooked fries.
