We had a wonderful evening at this establishment. Everything was perfect. The service as well as the cuisine delighted us.
It was a first for Senechal, but certainly not the last.
I highly recommend this establishment which deserves to be known.

Chance would have it. We were looking for a hotel not too far from Albi, and then we came across the Sénéchal!!
A very warm welcome, clean and spacious rooms!!
The icing on the cake, the gourmet restaurant. Great service while being comfortable and discovering new flavors. Everything is of course really excellent.

Every good thing must come to an end...
3rd New Year's Eve dinner in a few years, and I'm still delighted by the selection of products, the way they are prepared and presented on the plate, and the friendly and professional service. The chef and his team never try to impress you, just to please you and make sure you have a great time. The wine list is as interesting as ever.
Unfortunately, we won't be able to repeat the experience, as Michel Truchon has just announced his retirement and the sale of his hotel and restaurant to new owners on January 1, 2024. Thank you Mr Truchon for all these years of pleasure and delight, and best wishes for your new life!

Succulent from start to finish with appetizers right through to dessert, the cooking of the scallops and pollack more than perfect and the impression that the more time passes, the better Michel Truchon's cuisine becomes...!...a table a must-see at Ségala in Aveyron.

Restaurant en famille et nuitee pour deux personnes.
Repas: Decus par le foie gras mais mises en bouche et dessert excellents.
Hotel:
Nous sommes descendus le matin (9h40) pour le petit déjeuner : personne n'était present pour nous servir, nous n'avons pas eu de petit dejeuner. Quand évoqué auprès de la réception au depart,aucune excuse.
Le chauffage de la piscine ne fonctionnait pas : ca arrive, mais aucun geste commercial ou tentative d'arrangement.
Pour le prix de la chambre serviettes et peignoirs elimes
