We dined at the gourmet restaurant and had an exceptional culinary experience from beginning to end! The surprise menu allowed us to discover new flavors, and the refined and perfectly executed cuisine truly delighted us. The ingredients used are regional and, of course, seasonal! Given the generous portions, the value for money is remarkable.
Furthermore, the very warm welcome and the quality of service made for a truly enjoyable experience. We will definitely return to Le Sénéchal; thank you again to the Gerdelat-Capion family!

An absolutely perfect stay at this hotel where you immediately feel the warmth of family management. The welcome was impeccable, the breakfast delicious, and the impeccably clean swimming pool in a magnificent setting delighted us. The jacuzzi, a truly wonderful surprise, was at the perfect temperature: pure bliss!

We had the pleasure of rediscovering Le Sénéchal yesterday, and what a remarkable experience it was!
From dinner to the night we spent there, everything was absolutely perfect.
The cuisine is simply exceptional: refined, flavorful, and perfectly executed dishes that demonstrate true culinary expertise. Each plate is a delight, both for the palate and the eyes.
The service lives up to the establishment's reputation: attentive, professional, and warm, without ever being intrusive. The welcome is also impeccable; you immediately feel right at home.
