It easily rivals some Michelin-starred restaurants, and not just one... A true feast from beginning to end, this fine, refined, and meticulously prepared cuisine...
And the breakfast is equally impressive.
Truly worth the trip considering the overall value for money.
I almost forgot the lapis lazuli, the jacuzzi...

Passing through Aveyron for the holidays, we love to be surprised and seek out new culinary experiences. Tonight, we enjoyed the tasting menu and I highly recommend this restaurant. Everything is there... the welcome, the taste, the finesse, art served on a plate. I was speechless at the creamy porcini mushroom soup with its bread ice cream and croissant chips... what audacity!
Bravo and thank you again to Sonia for her kindness. Thank you to this wonderful team for delighting our taste buds with local products. We wish you continued success for years to come, with this boldness that sets you apart.

The cuisine is refined, the expertly prepared dishes are matched only by the various creative and beautifully executed amuse-bouches. The surprise of discovering the menu as the courses unfold adds to a delightful evening in a relaxed yet professional atmosphere. The patio must be lovely, but the storm kept us indoors in a spacious and intimate dining room. A must-try before it receives a Michelin star!

We stayed two nights at the Hôtel Le Sénéchal. The entire team was extremely kind and attentive. Throughout our stay, many thoughtful touches were provided in our rooms. Breakfast and dinner at the inn were excellent. Unfortunately, due to technical issues, we didn't have air conditioning in our room, nor did we have hot water in the evenings. This made the experience slightly less than ideal, although it wasn't the fault of the managers. We would have appreciated a small gesture of goodwill at the end of our stay, which unfortunately wasn't offered.
We recommend this establishment in this lovely village in the Aveyron region.

We had lunch as a family for my birthday: a perfect experience! A personalized welcome, a very pleasant setting, refined and delicious cuisine: everyone enjoyed it, from 3 to 70 years old.
We had a wonderful time!
I recommend it 1000%!

What a charming establishment, well worth the detour! A very warm welcome, a spacious and tastefully decorated room with everything you could need. And finally, an extraordinary meal where the palate and eyes are delighted by the refined and flavorful cuisine from start to finish. We dined at the gourmet restaurant and had an exceptional culinary experience from beginning to end! The surprise menu allowed us to discover new flavors, and the refined and perfectly executed cuisine truly delighted us. The ingredients used are regional and, of course, seasonal! Given the generous portions, the value for money is remarkable.
Furthermore, the very warm welcome and the quality of service made for a truly enjoyable experience. We will definitely return to Le Sénéchal; thank you again to the Gerdelat-Capion family!
