03/02/2026: A disaster! We waited an hour just to start eating. We asked for ice twice, and when they didn't have a knife, we had to ask three times. The waitress not only had the memory of a goldfish, but her long, untied hair was dripping into the plates. At the end of her shift, she preferred cleaning the tables to attending to the customers. We saw two tables leave without paying; they were so fed up with waiting. Some tables were entitled to the welcome salad, others weren't. As a result, neither we nor the table next to us got it. We were all unhappy with the chaotic service; we even downgraded our menu and skipped dessert. I hadn't been there in 30 years, and I certainly didn't have this impression. I'll never go back. The food is mediocre.

31/01/2026: We're regulars at Courtepaille, but today the wait was extremely long, the food was barely lukewarm, and the service was mediocre at best.

28/08/2025: The pizzas are delicious. So is the tartiflette. Quality, homemade regional cuisine, not a tourist trap.

28/08/2025: The pizzas were really good. The tartiflette is delicious and generous. The option to create your own hamburger is a plus. The desserts are homemade and decorated with fruit; they're also worth a visit. I highly recommend this place.

26/01/2026: Disgraceful! I feel like they put their hands in my pocket and robbed my money with a smile on their face. It started with a giddy waiter who appeared not to understand english very well. The first issue was that he brought the wrong bottle of wine. Ok, no big deal, he changed it. We all ordered Chateaubriand. So why did two of the dishes look like sirloin steaks?? The two of us that did get Chateaubriand, which we asked for medium, were given blue beef. It was basically mooing on the plate. My friend persevered and tried to eat his. I sent mine back and they brought me back a sirloin steak?? Also, i was given a pepper sauce instead of bernaise. When they did bring the bernaise, it was solid?? and stone cold?? To add insult to injury, when we got the bill, they tried to charge us for 5 dinners. There were 4 of us!! Instead of compensating us for such a disaster of a meal, they tried to overcharge.

02/09/2025: My experience at Lou Campo was overall disappointing. The quality of the food was clearly not up to scratch. I ordered a escalope, which, in my opinion, was completely substandard. The meat was low-quality, deep-fried, making it greasy and flavorless. The fries that came with the dish were frozen. The zucchini fritters were heavy and doughy. I would be ashamed to present such dishes and recommend them as specialties. It is unacceptable to offer such cuisine, especially in a city like Nice, where gastronomy is a strong point. The only positive point I can recall is the service, which justifies the two stars I give the establishment. In short, I do not recommend this establishment if you are looking for an authentic culinary experience. Tourists and locals deserve better than what is offered.

28/08/2025: A restaurant you'll always want to return to. The products are of high quality. Different locations are available: terrace, veranda, or dining room, depending on the season. Mediterranean cuisine, burgers, pizza. The grilled octopus salad is divine.

11/11/2025: The food was mediocre: the pizza was too greasy and the mussels were tasteless. Avoid it.

11/11/2025: We stopped in for a late dinner after the theater. The food arrived quickly and was delicious. The decor and atmosphere were more like a pub. The service was good, no complaints.
