10/11/2024: Small restaurant in size but very large in quality. If you are looking for a place where you will be very pleasantly welcomed with a relaxed atmosphere, very good food and great value for money then this is the place to go.
We go there mainly for the entrecote (photo attached) since we are meat lovers and I must say that we have never been disappointed. I would also like to point out that this is the best restaurant on the coast that I have tried. I place it 1st in my top of the best restaurants in the Alpes Maritimes (coastal) well before "le grill du boucher" (in Cagnes sur mer) and "golden beef" (in Antibes).
The desserts are also very good. My darling, being Italian, approved the tiramisu and for my part, as a big chocolate lover, I really liked the mousse.
If I had to find faults it would perhaps be:
- its size; the room is small and can be quite noisy even if the atmosphere is friendly.
- in mid-season, the outdoor terrace is installed so the door remains open; in the evening if you are not dressed warmly, it is possible to be cold (I am cold). On the other hand, no problem when the cool weather arrives since they have a covered terrace and the heated interior.
>>> In short, if I have to recommend a restaurant in which you will not be disappointed, it’s definitely this one!

03/09/2024: Je viens de lire certains avis et je ne les comprends pas. Je trouve l accueil très agréable (mais admettons que ce soit vraiment une question d appréciation personnelle) par contre la cuisine y est bonne et faite maison, les quantités copieuses et les tarifs sont tout à fait corrects. Quand à leur raclette elle est servie à discrétion fromage comme charcuterie, et de bonne qualité.
Je mange assez régulièrement dans ce restaurant et je n ai jamais été déçue.

Le desert style tropezienne ..revoir le titre ..car 3 minis choux pas tout a fait décongelés fourres creme insipide sans aucune fioriture ..
Le vin rosé tres bon.....
28/08/2024: Unfortunately I can't say much about it being refused on a Sunday at 1 p.m. despite there being free places on the terrace for 4... Fortunately others accept after 12 p.m. 😁

27/01/2025: Simple and effective concept, we all know this type of brand, we all come for a moment of standard catering, the origins of the meats are well indicated, alone, in groups, with family it is easy to find your choice.
The staff is well trained, polite, friendly in short everything is fine, value for money, here we are.
2 steps from the Ferris wheel, it is easy to find.

07/09/2024: Quite mixed: the servers were friendly and the service was fast enough, however that unfortunately did not improve the taste quality which was quite mediocre: a feeling that my dish had been reheated. A certain stomach ache afterwards, for my companion and myself.
I would like to give one star but considering the servers who were great I prefer to leave 2 because the cuisine, I reiterate, leaves something to be desired.

29/09/2024: Hello! The Trekking Pawns here! Wondered around looking for food and what ultimately stopped us here was the smell. We looked at the menu and decided to give it a try. We couldn’t decide what we wanted and saw a sign for a set menu. So we gave that a try. We kept seeing people get the mussels and so we tried that and it was fantastic! The rest of the food was mediocre though. The Bouillabaisee smelled nice but didn’t taste as nice. I’ve always wanted to try it, but did expect more flavor. The table bread came with no butter or olive oil, just mediocre bread. The salmon was cooked well, but didn’t have as much flavor as we’ve had before. The crème brûlée for dessert was lovely but the tiramisu seemed just put together and then lady fingers not soaked in coffee, just a cake in creme with cocoa on top. The setting in the street was nice, but a bit chilly as the sun went away. No heaters provided at this time of year.

disappointment. Waiters are young and unprofessional. They gave only one piece of butter and piece of lemon to a portion of oysters, it's a shame and stinginess. Brought an already opened bottle of water to our table, as they often serve free water in many restaurants in Nice, but then included it in the bill for €5.50!!! The ashtray was brought when we were about to leave. It seemed that all employees, together with the owner, were tired of guests and work, although there were no guests in the restaurant, we did not feel friendly from them, none of them even smiled during the dinner. Good luck, draw your own conclusions, I described my true impressions. There are many other restaurants in Nice with good food and excellent waiters, where I leave a tip with pleasure

04/12/2024: The best place in Nice to have authentic brasserie-style french food !
One of the only places where you can late lunch or dine early as they are continuously open from 11am to 12pm.
Food is always freshly cooked and excellent, also there is a daily changing
« Plat du jour »featuring all kinds of all-time-favourites like Aïoli or Raviolis niçoise style.
We are always happy to drop by as it is located at the crossways, close to the Opera house, the market and the beaches.
Very dedicated service too, we will be delighted to come back soon !
22/11/2024: Very nice atmosphere, friendly and attentive service, the daily dish “Morue à l’Aïoli” was very tasty and delicious.

01/10/2024: Die Stühle sind ausgesessen. Der Service ist mittelmäßig. Das Essen ist ungewürz, aber frische Zutaten. Der Salat ist nicht ordentlich gewaschen. Also meine Küchenchef hätte gesagt, Wir haben schon besseres Essen weggeworfen. Also ich war enttäuscht sagt ein Koch aus Berlin.
