22/04/2026: We were very disappointed with our experience at Buffalo Grill in Vernouillet. The manager's welcome was not warm. The meat, although ordered medium-rare, was impossible to cut because it was not tender at all (contrary to what was written on the menu). When we pointed this out, she remade our plate, but her attitude clearly suggested that she was annoyed. She even indicated that she didn't understand our request, showing no real listening or consideration. We had booked through the website, requesting, if possible, a round table in a quiet location. This request was clearly ignored, as a round table near us remained unoccupied all evening. Finally, we had requested birthday music during dessert: it was only started after the desserts had been finished, and was barely audible. Fortunately, the two young servers were pleasant and polite. This was, in fact, the only positive aspect of the evening. A lot of nonchalance and little interest in customers. We're not usually ones to leave negative reviews, but this time the disappointment is real.

18/04/2026: A fantastic waitress. Ms. Christine was very helpful and pleasant. A very kind person. I highly recommend it; the food is good, with delicious side dishes.

15/03/2026: September 2022. Nogent-le-Rotrou. Regular customer. I've noticed a decline in service. Long waits. Cooking times not respected. Cleaning is also neglected. Customers aren't babysitters. Either the restaurant needs to deal with screaming and shouting children, or the staff is incompetent in handling this problem.
