25/02/2026: The Frouard location has a surprising quirk: if you arrive on time for lunch, be aware that their staff eats and holds a briefing until 12:00 or 12:10. It might seem unbelievable, but you'll wait at the entrance... for a very long time while the staff finishes eating... which is absurd for a restaurant. So we waited in a long line, not even seated at a table, no way... It's surreal. I recommend the Essey-lès-Nancy location; you can really see the difference between a franchise (Essey) and a chain restaurant.

14/02/2026: We came this evening for Valentine's Day. The waitress was quite nice and the service was great, however, when we ordered our meat medium-rare and it was overcooked, it was much less good than before. The crème brûlée wasn't crispy at all on top, with an aftertaste that had nothing to do with crème brûlée. Anyway, we used to come from time to time, but lately it's become just "meh"... The prices, considering the quality of the food, leave much to be desired.

10/03/2026: Reservation for one night from March 9th to 10th. Room 9 assigned. The bathroom has been renovated, but there is no heating and no hairdryer available. The room is extremely outdated (equipment, furniture, curtains, etc.), with no wardrobe or bedside table. A gap in the door lets in the cold air, even though it's already chilly.
10/03/2026: One-night reservation. Disastrous room. No cleaning done, stains on the walls and floor, dirty bedding, uncomfortable mattress. No heating upon arrival, no heating in the bathroom. No water pressure, clogged sink. Room 25, you can hear everything from the highway!

03/09/2024: Very nice place with beautiful exteriors… but that’s it…
Came for a birthday (30 people anyway), we were treated to grilled meats, fries and a salad buffet (basic and minimalist) for €28 excluding drinks in a very kitschy decor. But above all a cold welcome, never a smile or thank you from the boss. The waitress does her best though, courage to her!
In short, 1st and last time… too bad, it would make a great address
