11/03/2026: The food was delicious and perfectly balanced in terms of salt. The atmosphere was warm and the staff pleasant. The only thing to improve is the efficiency of the service, which could be slow at times.
Overall, I enjoyed it.
01/03/2026: One of the very first African restaurants in Paris, and it's been around for decades! I went there several years ago, and I was never disappointed. When I recently saw the restaurant's name on a flyer for International Women's Day, I immediately thought of this iconic place, a pioneer of African cuisine in the 16th arrondissement. So happy to know it's still there!

The steak is amazing and we loved the homemade ice cream. Overall, Baez offers excellent value, impeccable service, and delicious food. It’s a must-visit for anyone in Paris seeking a top-notch dining experience. Highly recommended!
