30/08/2026: Passing through the region, we came from Auxerre to participate in the Uxeau Hill Climb 🏁🏎️ and had the pleasure of stopping at La Boucherie restaurant in Paray-le-Monial. We were treated like royalty! 👑 All the staff were fantastic: smiling, friendly, attentive, and very professional. A truly warm welcome that made our day! And as for the food… a real treat 😋🍽️! We had a wonderful time from start to finish. A big thank you to the whole team for your kindness and hospitality. If we're ever back in the area, we'll definitely be back!
