10/12/2025: An establishment I frequent regularly. Welcoming atmosphere and staff. However, it was rather quiet on Tuesday evening, November 10, 2025. Two stars for the food because the pepper sauce was cold, the three-pepper steak was too thick to be cooked to a perfect medium-rare (still too rare in the center), and I was informed rather late that they were out of chocolate sauce for a Dame Blanche, replaced with a caramel sauce which I accepted. The two waitresses, whose names I have unfortunately omitted, were pleasant.

31/01/2026: I hadn't been back to Simply for months; the quality had clearly gone down. I wanted to try the new owners… I ordered a kebab, and frankly, what a disappointment. The meat was overcooked, there wasn't enough greens, and not enough sauce.
It's definitely hard to find a good kebab in Connerré.
23/01/2026: Good evening, thank you. To the team at Doner Factory for the evening meal. Excellent atmosphere with homemade bread, homemade fries, and the tacos are delicious.
