A wonderful experience at La Boucherie de Solesmes restaurant! The welcome was particularly warm and professional, thanks in large part to Charlotte, who was absolutely impeccable from beginning to end. Smiling, attentive, and very efficient, she made the experience even more enjoyable with her excellent service. As for the food, there was nothing to criticize: the dishes were delicious, beautifully presented, and the meats were perfectly cooked, as one would expect from this establishment. A truly delightful experience, both for the food and the service. I highly recommend it and will gladly return!
