14/04/2026: A very warm welcome.
A generous meal.
We shared some brik pastries as a starter, followed by couscous that could have easily served two, and a tagine for the adults.
For dessert, we shared a plate of oriental pastries accompanied by mint tea.
Everything was delicious.

28/10/2025: A very pleasant place to have a drink on the banks of the Clain, ideal for a summer day at lunchtime or in the evening. The cuisine is original and fresh. The service is a little young, but that's not a problem.
21/09/2025: A perfect evening. The staff was incredibly attentive, the dishes were delicious and perfectly cooked (which is rare for fish). This is a restaurant you absolutely must try, in a bucolic setting and at a reasonable price considering the quality of the food. The short menu changes monthly. Unfortunately, the dessert isn't in the photos because we devoured it before we even thought to photograph it...

10/05/2026: I've been to Cuisine du Comptoir several times and I've never been disappointed. The quality of the food is always excellent, with fresh ingredients and delicious dishes. The welcome is warm and the service is attentive. The atmosphere is friendly and pleasant, perfect for having a good time. An excellent restaurant in Poitiers that I highly recommend!

Just fries and meat...
08/05/2026: Unfortunately, we arrived at the same time as a group of 50 people! So there was a wait everywhere... The food was decent.

26/04/2026: I highly recommend this restaurant in the heart of the city, opposite this magnificent religious monument. The owner is lovely, and the food is of good quality, plentiful, and excellent.

12/08/2024: Organisation à revoir 2 tables arrivées après nous et servies alors que personne n’a pris notre commande nous avons du attendre plus d’une demi-heure
Déçu de la viande servi bonne cuisson mais nerveuse il faut mâcher longuement tarif comme ailleurs nous n’y retournerons plus dommage
23/07/2024: 8 of us arrived including 3 young children. Greeted quickly and a table was made up immediately that would accommodate us all. Orders taken quickly, they even helped us with our poor French! Everything arrived quickly and was really great. Very efficient, helpful and nice food, thank you.
