02/06/2026: Mother's Day lunch this Sunday with the family. A very warm welcome and atmosphere, with smiling staff. The special Mother's Day menu was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented; the lemon sauce that accompanied the salmon starter was excellent! 17/05/2026: A very pleasant 4-night stay. The (premium) room was spacious and welcoming, with a very comfortable bathroom and thoughtful overall decor. Excellent bedding. Breakfasts were perfect, with a wide selection of products (several different kinds of bread, for example), and a well-stocked buffet. You feel at ease and comfortable in this place where everything is done to ensure a pleasant stay. The owner and staff are welcoming and friendly. Very well located, especially for visiting Strasbourg.

14/05/2026: The welcome, service, room, and meals were all absolutely perfect at this hotel. The room was very spacious, newly renovated, and very well-equipped. The meal was perfect, both in terms of service and value for money; the food was truly incredible!

07/06/2026: Brunch is offered once a month in Blaesheim. We tried it as a family. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed. All the dishes are homemade and replenished regularly throughout the morning. There's something for everyone, both sweet and savory, as well as hot and cold drinks. At €35 per person, the price is reasonable. A word of advice: don't arrive too late in the morning, as the place gets very crowded around 11:30-12:00, making it noisier and more crowded.
