09/12/2024: What can I say about this restaurant... For me, it's where the best tartes flambées are! I've been going there for years, the service is always impeccable, the people who work there are all very nice, the dishes are tasty... I've been away from Alsace for a few years now, but when I come back to see my family ,I never leave without having gone to eat at the Eagle ^^

A little more expensive than others, but we'll happily return! The decor is warm and inviting.
The tartes flambées and other classics are generous and delicious, while the less traditional options are high-quality and delicious. And what about the desserts!
Professional and pleasant service.
In short, we'll be back again!
