24/02/2026: The tarte flambée is the restaurant's main draw (its creamy texture is a matter of personal taste). However, the lack of reservations creates stress for those hoping for a table, and customers waiting standing up, even upstairs, detract from the overall enjoyment of the dining experience.

22/02/2026: First experience, often recommended for the tarte flambée. Table of 7, a bit of a wait as the first seating was already full, but the receptionist did everything she could to find us a table as quickly as possible. We ordered tarte flambée as an appetizer. They were generous and delicious. Then I opted for a roast beef which was also very good. To finish, I had a chocolate mousse with bourbon vanilla cream. The service was quick despite the restaurant being full with 200 people. No complaints about the service or the quality of the food. Budget: 4 tarte flambée as an appetizer, the meal, dessert, drinks, and coffee: €48 per person.

20/02/2026: It's not what it used to be. Before, you could go there, have a nice Alsatian dish, and enjoy a pleasant time. Now, the staff's only concern seems to be increasing the bill. It's a shame; Kochersberg is losing a great place.

15/02/2026: The Valentine's Day menu was exceptional, truly beautiful and delicious. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The setting and decor were magnificent.
