The added bonus was the post-meal stroll to La Treille, following in Pagnol's footsteps. I recommend it. Reservations are essential.

12/03/2026: Honestly, it's the perfect spot for a peaceful meal in the sun in La Valentine. A sunny and tranquil terrace that makes you forget the hustle and bustle of the neighborhood. The meat was incredibly tender and the fries were homemade. The service is truly attentive and friendly. We'll definitely be back!

The waitress, a mature woman, was warm, professional, and smiling.
The crêpe was exquisite.
I will definitely be back.

07/03/2026: The restaurant wasn't very clean, from the parking lot to the terraces and inside. The staff lacked motivation and energy. The burgers were bland and unappetizing. The fries were decent. Stick to the classic tenders, which are very good.

I had a very good meal.
I will come back because the service was incredible.

15/03/2026: The meat was cooked over a wood fire, sure, but there was more fat than meat, or more sinew than meat. The owner has changed the quality too! Avoid at all costs!

01/04/2026: Very disappointed. This Troyes-star hotel is deplorable, but the service was appalling. There were no parking spaces, all occupied and reserved by police vans, even though the spaces were free. The police were very unpleasant, speaking rudely and offensively, and were supported by the staff. The rooms were spotless, but everything else was deplorable. This was my first and last time at this hotel. I will be filing a complaint tomorrow for abuse of power by both the police and the hotel.

I've never been treated so badly in my entire life. A 1.5-hour wait without even a glass of water.
Absolutely no friendliness. So we left without ordering anything after the 1.5-hour wait. Very disappointed, we won't be back. I do not recommend it.

The meal was very generous and the prices were very reasonable.
