16/03/2026: This fast-food restaurant is spacious, but the tables are often dirty. The atmosphere can be unpleasant, and although the service is quick and efficient, the welcome lacks warmth. I do not recommend it.
13/03/2026: I've been going there since I was a kid because I live nearby, so it's always been convenient and a fun outing. There's been a huge drop in quality over the last two years. The standards just aren't the same anymore: it's shocking. The burgers look awful in their boxes, the fries are less generous, the McFlurry spoon is made of recycled wood and feels unpleasant, the orders are cold, and there's no distinction between the drinks anymore…
They consistently forget things in Drive orders. It's never good enough.
EDIT 2: No oversights this time, but the McFlurry was served in a half portion (see photo). That's the last straw. Go BK!

30/03/2026: I ordered shrimp tartare sushi, but I received classic breaded shrimp California rolls without citrus sauce instead. This is absolutely not what I wanted, and paying so much for something other than what was advertised is outrageous. I do not recommend it.
27/03/2026: Avoid at all costs! Appalling telephone service and unacceptable waiting times!
We placed our order at 11:20 AM, with delivery estimated for around 12:20 PM. When we called at 12:40 PM, we were met with a very rude and aggressive person who claimed to be in charge.
The delivery driver finally arrived at 1:35 PM, two hours and fifteen minutes after we placed the order. We sent him back.

Served by holding the glass from the top with black nails like a mechanic. we ask him for sugar he brings us sugar. There are two of us so we ask him for another one and he tells us that he only has that. A sugar-free bar. And all this for 10 euros. Run away. How can we do this job when we are so unlikeable. Let him stay diving

This restaurant is off the beaten track in Marseille. The place itself is really well decorated. The staff were excellent and made us feel very welcome. The food was tremendous and what you don't eat, the staff will pack up for you to take away. I had the Royal Beef and my wife had beef with mushroom. Both meals were excellent.

22/04/2024: Nous avons très bien mangé, les plats étaient savoureux et copieux. La serveuse très agréable et souriante. Tout était parfait jusqu'à ...... à peine les desserts terminés, on nous apporte la note que nous n avions pas encore demandée. Nous payons et pratiquement dans la foulée, la serveuse nous demande de libérer la table ,ordre de la direction. Des personnes attendaient pour diner!!!! Très mécontentes nous sommes parties, mais cette facon très cavalière de nous mettre à la porte nous a fait prendre une décision : nous ne reviendrons plus dans ce restaurant. Si la direction fait 2 services, elle devrait avertir les clients , on appelle cela le RESPECT. C est bien dommage de ne pas le savoir
