Otherwise a very good experience nonetheless, the gentleman was super nice, the dessert was killer, a little sweet for my taste but it was good. Basically I think the boss doesn't want to have too many people, one service and that's it. I advise you to go around 1:00 p.m. if you don't have an appointment, 1:30 p.m. he no longer takes clients (you see, what a character lol)

The chef provides cooking and service for 16 people, remember to book several days in advance to have the chance to discover his delicious dishes (2 weeks in advance for the evening)
