04/09/2026: It's always the same thing: you announce a 9:30 opening time, but at 9:30 there's always no one there. We wait 10, 15 minutes, sometimes longer, without any explanation and without anyone bothering to show up. Not everyone has the luxury of sleeping in; some people work and organize their day around the posted hours. If you're unable to open at 9:30, at least have the honesty to change your hours instead of wasting customers' time. And this is clearly not an isolated incident; it's the same problem very regularly. At this point, it's no longer a delay, it's a complete lack of professionalism and respect for customers. If you need to pick up a package, I strongly advise you to avoid this establishment. Don't count on it opening at the stated time.

20/08/2026: I'm giving it one star because zero isn't an option. I hope they're doing some renovations because the place is empty, lacking both furniture and friendliness. You encounter a woman who doesn't smile, doesn't say hello or goodbye if you can, doesn't deliver anything there, and as for the rest of what a bar/tobacconist is supposed to provide, it's simply not there, so there's no real choice.
