La Grotte du Loup sur Rognac

The dishes, prepared by a master chef, were very good and surprising in their culinary creation. We had a very good time this Saturday, August 15th, for lunch with our friends; the service was in keeping with the rest; we will gladly return.

An impeccable culinary experience, the menu offers inventive and perfectly executed cuisine, with fresh seasonal produce, in short we had a wonderful meal, we are passing through Rognac visiting my son and will gladly return for his birthday in November.

This is probably the best value for money in the area, with the quality of the food honestly surpassing some Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurants! The dishes are so refined, beautifully presented, and delicious that you rarely find them on a €29 menu! I come here regularly for lunch with my colleagues because, in addition, the menu changes every two weeks, which keeps things interesting. Since the place is small, it's advisable to book, especially for tables of more than four people. The only slight drawback is that parking isn't easy, but that's not the restaurant's fault.

Everything was excellent. Welcome, service, and smiles were all wonderful. The cuisine was superb, with just the right amount of choice, ensuring everything remained homemade with fresh ingredients. We had prawns and foie gras mousse (perhaps a touch too salty for our taste). This was followed by duck breast (be sure to ask how you'd like it cooked). And to finish, a lemon shortbread. The service was quick, discreet, and pleasant. Everyone was incredibly attentive. We will be back.

We were delighted with our outing. The staff were very pleasant, discreet, and respectful, which was much appreciated. The food was well-prepared, and a special mention for the very original appetizer verrines. It's refreshing to see something other than olives or tapenade! Fresh ingredients. Excellent; you can tell there's a real chef behind it. The desserts were truly excellent and always had a little something extra, a welcome change from all the other restaurants that do the same thing. The chairs were very comfortable, which was much appreciated. The only downside was the air conditioning, which wasn't working properly; it was quite hot while we ate, which was a shame. Excellent value for money. But thank you for this wonderful experience; we'll be back!

We had a wonderful discovery thanks to an article in La Provence. Intrigued, we decided to try it, and we weren't disappointed! From the ambiance and menu options to the cocktails, original flavors, vibrant colors, beautiful presentation on elegant plates, and the warm and attentive service, everything came together for a truly excellent evening. A fantastic place that we happily recommend!

Perfect from start to finish! Delicious, balanced, and original dishes – a marvel! I highly recommend trying it. This is my second time because I was won over, first by their delicious homemade foie gras, and then by everything else. You feel right at home, you get your money's worth, and the prices are quite reasonable for the quality of the food. Bravo to the chef and thank you to the owner and waitresses for being professional and friendly. We'll be back soon. Go try it, it's worth it, and I'm hard to please! 😜
