07/09/2026: I came here for lunch with my family. The restaurant atmosphere is clean and well-maintained. It was an excellent meal for an important occasion. The course consisted of an appetizer, a starter course, a main course, extra cheese, and dessert, and I could tell that great care was taken with the order and composition. It was a truly happy meal, and I highly recommend enjoying it with your loved ones.

23/09/2026: Wow! We ordered à la carte and were tempted by the snails and foie gras. The snails were by far the best I've ever had! We then had the artichoke and truffle ravioli, along with a piece of meat. And those ravioli! I savored every bite; the dish was perfectly balanced. We finished with a rose sorbet, which was very fragrant and refreshing. Our waiter was very friendly, and the atmosphere was romantic in this prestigious setting, the Negresco. We were then invited to visit the hotel lobby, which is well worth a visit for art lovers. Thank you for this magical moment!

28/09/2026: ⭐ 1 star Terrible dining experience, a total waste of money. When I arrived, no one greeted me inside. I went to the outdoor area where staff were standing to order. An older waiter spoke to me in a harsh tone, saying I had to sit down first before ordering. I came here because I saw online reviews and the entrance mentioned Chinese menus, but I was told only English menus were available. After sitting down, I waved many times to get attention, but no staff came for a long time. Finally the older waiter came. I showed him my French note with my order, yet he was dismissive and barely glanced at it. I had to repeat my order several times. His tone was unfriendly, and he muttered something negative in French. Mid-meal, I asked a tattooed male server for more water. He gave me a cold look. Even though he left a bottle on my table, his attitude was unpleasant. After finishing my meal, I checked the bill and tried to call staff to pay by card. A female server heard me clearly but ignored me and walked Away. The older waiter came later, muttered in French again, and did not help with payment. Only the tattooed man came to process my card. I spent around 360 RMB for one person. The food was acceptable, but the whole team was rude and disrespectful to customers. I approached a male waiter with tattoos; he was indifferent and, although he eventually placed a bottle on the table, his attitude was consistently poor. After finishing my meal, I checked the bill and prepared to pay by card. I waved for a waiter, but the female waitress, despite clearly hearing me, pretended not to see me and walked away. Later, an older waiter came and mumbled something in French, but didn't come to swipe my card. Finally, the male waiter came to complete the payment. The total cost for one person was approximately 360 RMB.
