09/05/2026: Another evening at Le Millésime, and once again, it was absolutely flawless. This restaurant is a true gem that deserves to be discovered by everyone. What's remarkable here is the constant renewal: the menu changes every month, which demonstrates a tremendous amount of research and an overflowing passion for quality ingredients.
Tonight, we were absolutely blown away by the veal tenderloin: divinely cooked, perfectly balanced flavors, and an elegant presentation. It's bistronomic cuisine at its finest.
Beyond the food, the service is simply exemplary. The team is incredibly attentive, paying attention to every detail to make you feel truly special. You can tell the owner puts his heart and soul into his establishment.
If you're looking for a place where quality ingredients meet excellent service, look no further. My father-in-law and I had a truly memorable evening. Let's support these restaurateurs who are going to great lengths to offer us such culinary experiences. Go for it without hesitation!

Avoid it.

22/04/2026: Avoid at all costs!!! Horrible smell of fried food in the brasserie!! They refuse to serve coffee even when you order drinks with it. When some restaurant owners complain about not having customers, you have to wonder whose fault it is. Furthermore, Carole, I ordered two coffees, a Coke, and a lemonade, which you can't refuse to serve in a cocktail bar as you describe it.
You explicitly said: "It's happy hour, I'm not serving that."
And finally, if I want to eat Metro desserts, I go to Metro; it's simpler. As a restaurant owner myself, here's my advice: you can offer whatever you want on your menu, but you don't refuse a customer who, at 6:30 pm, asks for a lemonade and a Coke. It's on these orders that you make your money. Have a good season.

The entire team was warm, professional, and attentive: from the reception staff to the valet parking attendants, including the restaurant and housekeeping staff—those unsung heroes who also deserve recognition for their often discreet but essential work.
I would especially like to thank Fanny, who looked after us at the Fitzgerald Bar. Thanks to her kindness, her smile, and the quality of our conversation, we had a dinner that was as pleasant as it was enjoyable. A truly wonderful memory.

24/05/2026: The setting and restaurant are pleasant, with a beautiful seaside view – everything to please! However, the wait time and the kitchen's hygiene leave much to be desired. Hot dishes were served cold, while most of the desserts were frozen and tasteless! Furthermore, we ordered chocolate fondant cakes at €10.90 each, which were taken out of the freezer, unwrapped in front of us, microwaved, and then placed directly in the waiter's hands (without gloves)!! It's common for food to be frozen in restaurants, but they should make an effort not to show it to the customer, or at least mention it. Nevertheless, I would like to thank Morgane for her attentive and caring service throughout the evening. The restaurant has potential but leaves much to be desired; it's a shame…
24/05/2026: We came to this restaurant with two friends to celebrate my birthday. When we arrived, a young woman took our order and served us three Cokes.
After waiting for about 40 minutes, we started to get impatient, especially since the restaurant was practically empty. We really felt like we'd been forgotten; the staff seemed to be taking care of everyone except our table.
After waiting an hour (from 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm without a single dish being served), we asked if this was normal. A waitress told us it would arrive immediately. We waited another 20 minutes without receiving anything.
A staff member finally came to explain that our order had "gotten lost between the patio and the kitchen" and that no food had been prepared, but that we were a priority and it would arrive right away.
After another 15 minutes without any further news, we decided to leave and eat somewhere else. We explained the situation to the owner, who apologized, saying he wasn't aware of it. We also mentioned that we had three Cokes, which he kindly decided to offer us free of charge.
As we were leaving the restaurant, a waitress chased us down the street for about 200 meters demanding payment for our drinks, which was very unpleasant.
An extremely disappointing experience. Fortunately, the restaurant "DA CASOTTI" a little further down the street saved our evening.

01/09/2024: L’endroit est charmant et bucolique. La salle agréable, la cuisine de bonne qualité. Et il y a une dame Pascale qui est charmante et d’une efficacité remarquable, elle se démène pour pallier au peu d’enthousiasme de ses camarades de travail ! Planqués au fond, blablatant entre eux et tellement peu impliqués que la commande de notre dessert a été oubliée !!! Heureusement que Pascale a rattrapé le coup. Il paraît que le recrutement dans la restauration est ardu, c’est surtout la non motivation des jeunes recrues qui laisse désirer ! Encore merci à cette dame.
23/08/2024: Endroit magnifique au bord de la rivière, par contre le service a revoir, nous avons été obligé de demander pour commander a boire et de redemander s'il ne nous avez pas oublié, malgré le peu de table dans le restaurant.
Les pâtes carbonara pas terribles le reste des plats très moyen malgré une addition pas donné.
Nous essaierons les planches une prochaine fois pour l'apéritif mais dernière fois côté restaurant.
