17/03/2024: I brought my family for a dinner at La Rotonde restaurant and it became the worst experience we have ever had in a fine dining restaurant.
And this is all because of the manager of the restaurant. First of all I would like to say other than him, all other staffs were excellent and provided mostly impeccable service. However the guy in the grey suit whom I presume is the manager, he forgot he is in the service line. The entire night he treated us like second class citizens who are undeserving of his attention. He would glare at us, roll eyes at us and treated us with contempt. When we called for him when he walked pass as we wanted to order drinks, he would blatantly ignore us. The only time he came to the table is to serve us bread and he THREW the bread basket on the table. When I called for the bill, he ignored me once again and just walked past infront of me even when I had my hand raised and said “sorry, excuse me”.
After paying, when I went to collect my coat, he was the only one standing at the coat station. When he saw me coming, he pretended to look down and be busy. Pretended not to hear or notice me so I walked to the coat rack and got my own coat.
He didn’t say a word or acknowledge me when I baded him goodbye when leaving with my family.
This is the most horrendous experience I have ever had at a restaurant. I don’t think we deserve this kind of treatment just because we are Asians.

29/12/2023: Top-notch Portuguese restaurant. We had the impression of finding ourselves in Portugal. The only downside was no more bacalhau because it was a big day the day before and no time to desalinate. This allowed us to taste other specialties. In short, everything is good. Perfect sauces. Service and smile at the appointment. Muralhas green wine very good 15 euros per bottle. Super gourmet coffee 8 euros. Difficult to park in the area too bad, but it's worth it. I strongly recommend.

03/04/2024: I recently discovered La Tortola on the Promenade des Flots Bleus in St Laurent du Var and I must say it was a delicious experience. The wide choice of dishes, ranging from burgers to more elaborate dishes, satisfied all the preferences of our group of friends. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, perfect for an evening with friends. In addition, the availability of children's menus was a real plus for us, ensuring that everyone found something to enjoy. We were impressed by the quality of the food and the attentive service. Without a doubt, I highly recommend La Tortola to anyone looking for an enjoyable dining experience in St Laurent du Var. I'm already planning to go back with my family to share this beautiful discovery with them.

06/04/2024: I was at the TOP 50 evening, Thursday August 15, 2019, well supposedly, very very few titles from the 80s, 90s, a lot of trendy music, even very trendy house and others.
But that's not all, I'm going to talk about the meal.
Entrance, nothing to say.
The dish (snacked fillet of St Pierre on zucchini tian with walnuts...) bland, very tasteless and without a small part left to starchy foods.
Dessert, mille-feuille with red fruits. So there it was total desolation, the mille-feuille pastry was as hard as ever, the cream had no taste just like the fruit on it. But where does this dessert come from?
The menu was 70€ (including a supplement of 15€ for fireworks which I think is not organized by Belles Rives)
In short menu not TOP music not TOP...
There is a big let go from year to year.
plus there isn't even any decoration like before...
In short, I think we are taken for pigeons...
I don't think I'll return to your summer evenings....
25/03/2024: Never experienced a 5 star like this. No swimming pool, no sea access with deckchair, no gym, very average restaurant and a CLIC CLAC bed…. To flee . Only good for its view. A little short for a 5 star
