⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A truly wonderful place! Café de Turin is a magnificent establishment, completely and tastefully renovated by the Hocotel Group and Mr. Bartoli. The setting is elegant, refined, and truly stunning. The food is also a wonderful experience: excellent seafood, high-quality fish, and freshness and expertise are evident throughout. A place where the ambiance matches the quality of the cuisine, and where you'll genuinely enjoy returning. Congratulations to the entire team for this magnificent achievement. Tradicional 🦪No.2 The food here was truly exceptional—the seafood was remarkably fresh, sweet, and perfectly cooked. However, our experience with the shift supervisor on duty was extremely disappointing. After we finished our meal and our plates were cleared, we noticed that other tables were being served complimentary bread, which we had never received. When we politely brought this to the supervisor’s attention, she was completely dismissive, addressed us only in French without making any effort to communicate, and showed a clear lack of basic respect. It felt as though she was using the language barrier as an excuse to avoid providing proper hospitality to non-local guests. Since the supervisor was completely unhelpful, we waited for our original waitress to return—both because the omission started with her, and because we hoped she might realize the oversight and actually communicate with us. When she returned, she handled the situation thoughtfully and immediately offered a practical solution, asking if we would still like the bread and kindly packaging it for us to take home. (Though it was quite awkward to witness the supervisor questioning her about us afterwards.) Overall, the seafood is well worth a visit, and the primary waitstaff is attentive and helpful. It is just a shame that the supervisor's unprofessional and unwelcoming attitude took away from what should have been a seamless dining experience.

I've been coming here for over 10 years. Everything is always fresh and delicious. Oysters are a must! Flawless!

This is a self-catering establishment where you can eat, especially oysters and shrimp. They're top-quality. You can also order takeout, with excellent service. No time constraints. Courtesy and helpful staff.

We come to the Turin café very often, but a few times recently we were very disappointed with the service because the waiters/waitresses didn't even acknowledge us. We left feeling really unhappy. But yesterday, we went back to try again, and we met a Russian waitress named Victoria, who gave us a wonderful welcome and recommended a fantastic wine (blackcurrant). We had a truly incredible dinner, thanks to her. 😊 See you soon!
