25/11/2025: Food was great, and so was the service! I came with my family and we had a wonderful dining experience from start to finish. The head chef was incredibly attentive. He personally checked in on us several times to make sure everything was perfect. You could really feel the care and pride he puts into both the food and the overall experience. And the servers were all very nice as well. We couldn’t have asked for a better evening. Thank you so much again!
25/10/2025: • Le Relais 50 is located at 20 Quai du Port, 13002 Marseille, right on the Vieux-Port waterfront, which gives it an excellent harbour-front setting.  • The restaurant emphasizes Mediterranean cuisine with seasonal, organic ingredients and a modern brasserie feel. According to the guide Gault & Millau it serves dishes such as fish-soup, octopus tempura, ballotine of chicken with polenta & spinach, and claims “correct” chocolate desserts.  • It has very high user ratings on TheFork: 9.1/10 overall, with 9.3 for food, service and atmosphere.  • Reviewers on Yelp describe it as “good for kids”, with outdoor seating, quiet ambience and friendly service.

08/12/2024: Very disappointed with this place of which I had had very good feedback. It is ultimately a fairly ordinary place with some activities to welcome visitors but in an extremely pretentious way, even though it seems that everything is done to scare them away: The comfort of the facilities really leaves something to be desired, the places are empty of points of interest or not maintained and above all far too oversold (we did the museum, the restaurant and the train), the layout is very hostile during heatwaves or for people sensitive to heat (pregnant women, children), the organization and management of waiting times is not possible, particularly for the train. For managers: - parking side: plant trees, make a path suitable for disabled people and strollers - entrance and large esplanade in front of the restaurant and generally all circulation: do not put so much mineral and gravel surfaces (we are desperate for shade and gravel stores heat). Plant trees and plants everywhere! Put paths for PMR and strollers. I really expected a green setting in this farmhouse. In fact it's the gravel section of point P. The Ricard museum talks about several thousand fruit trees to feed everyone, we haven't seen a single one. - the play area in the middle of the dodger with the hot slide is no. Plant and stretch canvases above for the little train: please put someone more welcoming and less annoying at the controls: don't sell tickets in advance (if you want to go to lunch you can't reserve your place for the following slot), put a sign “if less than 8 people the train does not leave” (lol!), makes inappropriate jokes to customers, makes people wait 15 minutes in the middle of the ride before leaving then again in the middle of the route to watch dragonflies fly , speed up the turn : 1 hour on the little train to make a loop of not even 2.5km is not possible. Very expensive for not much. Review your communication with great sincerity and humility in your website and your materials. The “prestigious cross of Méjanes” ok, it’s a stone cross in the middle of an empty gravel area (= the “prestigious courtyard of the farmhouse”), the “castle” of Méjanes really? It's making fun of the world... In short Ultimately this place benefits from far too exaggerated marketing compared to the current rather uninteresting experience. Pretentious tourist trap.

10/12/2025: It's quite rare for me to leave a review, but unfortunately… The prices are excessive: the meat, with the sauce on the side, cost me €30 in total, and it gave me a stomach ache for three days, and I'm far from being sensitive. The garlic pasta was barely cooked. Regarding the service, nothing particular to say except that the menu wasn't explained to us, just a quick order. In the end, there was no receipt, and after checking, a difference of €5 to €7. It's not a big deal in itself—I can even pay €20 more when the service and food are impeccable—but it's a matter of respect for the customer. On the other hand, the next day I went to a brasserie called Oléa. And there, you can see the difference. I'll let you look up the name of the restaurant in Marseille: the reviews and ratings speak for themselves and perfectly reflect the quality of the place.

09/12/2025: The place is very noisy, despite the few customers. It was also very cold, making you wonder if the heating was even on. The €19 salads are simply overpriced and inedible. One "dolce salad" had fried, frozen ingredients and four lettuce leaves. I won't be going back.
30/11/2025: For our second visit, we brought four friends to eat the octopus 🐙. They absolutely loved it. A real treat! The staff are friendly and welcoming. See you soon! Patrick

11/01/2026: A wonderful surprise! There were eight of us, no reservation, and we were accommodated. The welcome was very friendly, the food was sophisticated and delicious (the bull stew was original and excellent), and the establishment offers as many local products and drinks as possible. The manager, Bius, gave excellent advice on wine pairings. We really appreciated the decor; in short, we had a very pleasant time! Thank you!
04/12/2025: Despite their best efforts, the food was extremely disappointing. It didn't live up to expectations compared to what was advertised on the website. We were a group of 20 people in a very small space, the only ones in the restaurant, and half of us suffered from digestive issues during the night. There was also a lack of cleanliness and hygiene. Improvement is essential!

23/08/2024: Ayant testé le 1917 en terrasse au Petit Nice, le Môle est la suite de la découverte du chef Passedat. Je pensais pouvoir déjeuner en terrasse également (avec vue) ce jour-là, eh non, ce sera avec une baie vitrée. Sinon, les plats étaient délicieux

06/09/2024: Geachte heer Ronan Kernen, Met deze beoordeling richt ik mij graag rechtstreeks tot u. Wij hebben vandaag geluncht en het moet mij van het hart dat ondanks het voortreffelijke wij toch niet zo hebben genoten als de andere jaren. Mogelijk was de bediening van streek of had een groot deel slecht geslapen. De bediening was, op een persoon na, onbeschoft, niet attent en zeer ongastvrij. Dit zijn wij niet van jullie gewend. Wij gunnen de volgende gasten meer plezier en hopen dat de bediening snapt dat je bijvoorbeeld niet de glazen bij het drinkgedeelte vasthoudt, niet voorlangs uitserveert en zeker ook zorgt dat er wijn is voordat het voorgerecht wordt geserveerd en niet als dat op is. Als wij ze daar op attenderen, voelen ze zich beledigd. Dat lijkt mij de wereld op zijn kop. De bediening kan altijd een fout maken, maar biedt dan excuses aan en zorgt voor een prima gastvrijheid.

21/09/2024: The place is nice facing the Longchamp Palace. But the waiter took a long time to take our order. We wanted breakfast but there were no more pastries, the sign was still outside. So we had pancakes (not homemade but still good) and a squeezed orange juice which was bad. It was diluted with water or the ice cubes had almost completely melted but it was bad.

15/08/2024: Unfortunately our room was not clean, we had to call the lady who takes care of cleaning to clean the visible hairs in the bathroom and we discovered after her urine on the floor in the toilet and the sheets had marks. The staff is really very friendly, the swimming pool is very pleasant and the breakfast is generous. We are really disappointed to post these kinds of comments, after having been so well received by the lady at reception.
