14/02/2026: We participated in the Macaron Workshop with Tours à Table. Sandrine guided us throughout the entire class. She's a very friendly, passionate, and patient instructor. There was a great atmosphere all morning! With all her tips, there's no chance of messing up our macarons! We'll definitely be back!

If you are looking for a quality restaurant, don't hesitate to choose this establishment. There is no obligation to book a room to enjoy this. Very good food.

08/12/2025: The L’Alliance restaurant in Amboise, slightly out of the way, offers truly excellent, flavorful, and well-prepared cuisine that is definitely worth the detour. The service is adequate, if not exceptional, and the somewhat underwhelming setting doesn't quite do justice to the quality of the food. A great place to eat well, despite an atmosphere that could be improved.

24/11/2025: The food was very good. But the portions weren't generous enough for my husband considering the price. The service was impeccable, but perhaps they could be less reserved and more welcoming. The decor was understated; it could be warmer, and the furniture was comfortable. It's a shame there were no petits fours or butter to accompany the bread (which, by the way, deserves to be of a higher quality for a restaurant like this).
