29/12/2025: It's always a great pleasure to eat at Lesdiguières restaurant! The welcome, the service, the food—everything is perfect, and the students are always focused under the watchful eye of their teacher! A truly wonderful experience that I highly recommend.
04/11/2025: Excellent experience at this hotel school. The welcome was very warm, the rooms and bedding were comfortable, and the dining room, lounge, and bar were inviting. Very good value for money. A little patience is required with the staff in training, although they are very well supervised.
The gourmet restaurant is worth a visit, with some dishes worthy of top-tier establishments. However, you need to allow plenty of time as the service can sometimes be slow.
The hotel is far from the city center, but access is easy and parking is available. Overall, a very positive experience. Highly recommended.

Value for money!
17/01/2026: First restaurant experience in Les Deux Alpes and we were absolutely not disappointed with our choice. The service from two very pleasant ladies was excellent. We had fish burgers with fries and an ocean (tuna) pizza. The kids loved it! It will be a destination for every season.

22/09/2024: Great experience, the restaurant is very beautiful, beautiful table, tastefully decorated, excellent cuisine, with copious plates nicely decorated and quality dishes, the staff are extremely friendly and attentive. I really recommend this restaurant because we had a great time.

15/09/2024: Poor presentation of the dishes, the dishes are not very generous.
Tiny salmon steak, polenta that tastes like milk, no flavor, a spoonful of ratouille on the side.
Excessive value for money.
I gave 2 stars for the desert which was excellent, everything else needs to be reviewed.
Watch out for fingerprints all around the plate when serving, perhaps change the plates or put a wipe around them before presenting them.
Big disappointment I expected much better

12/03/2024: Apéritif dînatoire à 40euros pour un EVJF/F (et il paraît que c'est un tarif préférentiel de groupe) insuffisant et peu goûteux sauf pour les inconditionnels de la sauce barbecue et du surgelé. Bouteilles d'alcool payées d'avance qui n'ont pas été servies au groupe ou déjà entamées. On nous a demandé de payer la totalité pour réserver (et oui!) mais qui paie d'avance est visiblement mal servi... Je rajoute une étoile pour le cadre.

22/10/2024: Un restaurant de très grande qualité tant au niveau de la cuisine que du service. Jamais déçus depuis plus de 10 ans. Bravo pour votre professionnalisme et pour votre sympathie!
20/10/2024: Longue attente avant de voir arriver deux plats sur quatre . Nous n'avons pas manger ensemble ou il aurait fallu manger froid. Accompagnement des plats pratiquement inexistants. Service lamentable.
Finalement assez cher pour ne pas être satisfait. Un geste au moment de l'addition aurait été bienvenu , les excuses ne suffises pas. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement.
