On the other hand, I am disappointed by the quality/price ratio.
I find the menu at €48 too expensive compared to the quality of the dishes, it lacks finesse.

06/03/2024: I found the bill expensive compared to the quality of the dishes served. The daily special was no longer possible at 12:20 p.m. and the butcher's cut was too stringy for the price. The service was good, and we ate in a very reasonable time frame. I think the restaurant is taking advantage of its central position on the square to inflate prices, which is a shame. I had the opportunity to eat there three times, and this observation was identical on each of my visits. I give 4 stars for the service, but only 3 for the cuisine.
