26/04/2026: What can I say about this restaurant except that it was exceptional!
It is by far the best restaurant we have ever eaten at, and I think it will remain so for a very long time, as the experience was truly outstanding. Throughout the meal, we enjoyed more than twenty courses, from the amuse-bouches at the beginning to the petit fours at the end. It's impossible to describe the flavors of the dishes; they were simply incredible. The cuisine was sophisticated and of such high quality and finesse that you really shouldn't hesitate to come if you want to experience a truly timeless moment. The two Michelin stars and the green star are evident in every dish, as well as in the service and the little extras!
The waiters, the sommeliers, the cooks, the chef—everyone was perfect.
The wine was delicious, with a selection made by them every time; not a single disappointment. We, along with all the other customers, had the opportunity to visit the kitchens and even meet the chef himself, who came to chat with us for a few minutes.
If I ever have another celebration, I will gladly return and I recommend everyone come here!
