New menu featuring scallops, beautifully prepared and cooked to perfection. Enjoyed with a remarkable white wine (Fosse-seche). Panthalassa is an absolute must-try at least once in your life. My wife and I had lunch at this place. The food was decent, with a few minor issues, but moving on. However, the service was completely inadequate. The waiter wasn't friendly enough!
