01/07/2025: Run away from this place! Terrible welcome. I'm from Normandy, and I'm ashamed to see how these people behave with tourists. Unheard of! You should definitely change careers! I also confirm that you should be present in your establishment more often and also question yourself on this subject rather than considering it a misinterpretation. But you're doing what you wish; as for me, I'll never set foot there again. I come to the region often. And when I decide to come to an establishment, it's to treat myself and certainly not to be mistreated by overwhelm, aggressive, and rude people. Fortunately, they still exist! Unfortunately, you're not one of them.

30/06/2025: All the staff couldn't be more accommodating. I spent three days there. They even made sure I had gluten-free bread in the morning for breakfast.

24/01/2026: A great experience enjoying a hot chocolate with the family after a walk in the fresh air. Very welcoming, quick service with a smile.

04/01/2026: We were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. The room wasn't clean, with dirty carpeting, and the bathroom was full of mold and had several other problems: - The sink clogged, and the drain plug was broken. - The shower head was so broken that it couldn't be moved except by our hands. Furthermore, there was no heating, and the room was extremely cold. The room was very poorly insulated and therefore cold; the heater was scorching hot but didn't heat the room at all. We were freezing. Breakfast was very expensive (€13) for what it was—not bad, but nothing memorable with very little choice.

08/03/2026: We were initially hesitant because of the recent reviews, but in the end, we had a pleasant night. The bedding was very comfortable, and the room and bathroom were clean. Excellent value for money. It's worth noting that it's a 2-star hotel, so there's really nothing to complain about. Breakfast was good.

12/02/2026: We chose this 2-star hotel with confidence, expecting a minimum of comfort and warmth. At first glance, the room seemed pleasant… but disappointment quickly set in. Under the bed, a pile of dust. The baseboards and even the picture above the bed were covered in dirt. These details speak volumes about the lack of upkeep. The worst part was the cold. It was truly freezing in the room, to the point of condensation on the walls. I reported it to the manager, but no solution was offered, not even a space heater. We spent the night in discomfort. The bathroom was unfortunately no better: a broken toilet bowl and orange mold on the shower walls. As for the €12 breakfast, we were hoping for a pleasant experience. But there was nothing local, just processed products, a defrosted apple tart… here too, a real disappointment. It's always sad to leave a place feeling that it could be so much better with a little more attention and care.

24/08/2024: Des galettes et des crepes delicieuses, nous y sommes allé 2 fois, et 2 fois nous nous sommes regalés. Très très bien reçu. Je recommande vivement.

06/06/2024: Le monsieur des glaces traitent ses clients potentiels de c….. Et oui le 6 juin il y a beaucoup de monde Si ça ne vous plait pas de voir du monde Fermez ce jour là Dommage vos glaces nous faisaient envie Pas commerçant du tout !!!

28/09/2024: Very warm welcome, kind. Certainly, the rolls are not exceptional but you can smell the butter and the homemade, and it's really good. Takeaway coffee and chocolate Viennese are also good. The only open bakery in Arromanches, the bad reviews are currently not justified in my opinion.

25/09/2024: For the Arromanche bakery alone it is shameful, opinion of a former baker. Unpleasant waitress when arriving, products not appealing, pastries a horror. You will have to think about changing pastry bakers.

16/05/2024: Déjeuner dans l'arrière cours très calme et ensoleillée. Prise des commandes et services rapides. La gérante est très pro et accueillante.
