26/06/2026: This waterfront restaurant offers a varied menu featuring fresh, local produce.
Reservations are essential as the restaurant fills up quickly.
The excessive heat of June 2026 and the start of the season easily explain the few errors in our order.
We will gladly return!

03/07/2026: Four stars is very good according to Mr. Google... which is why I didn't give it five ("exceptional" according to Mr. Google). So, it's very good: the value for money is justified by the setting and the food. The open-air café has become a restaurant, including in its pricing.
02/07/2026: Table reserved for 6. Cleanliness needs improvement (dirty glasses). Very long wait for food. Service was lacking. Expensive dishes. Very noisy. I will not return.

The hotel is ideally located for starting cycling tours in the Suisse Normande region.

Dinner this evening was absolutely delicious; from the amuse-bouche to dessert, we thoroughly enjoyed it.
We highly recommend this place for hiking or exploring the region.
