Pleasant terrace overlooking the Orne River. Good value for money. Very friendly waiter. Note that this is a very popular spot; reservations are recommended during peak tourist season.

We had a wonderful time at the Au Fil de l'Eau restaurant. The service was a bit busy that day, but despite this, the staff remained pleasant and we were served within a perfectly reasonable timeframe.
We chose the €26 set menu, and we weren't disappointed. I started with a warm goat cheese tartine, which was excellent. For my main course, I chose the chef's suggestion: ham with a potato gratin with Camembert and bacon. A generous and truly delicious dish. To finish, the floating island with salted caramel and toasted slivered almonds was a real treat.
Quality cuisine, well-prepared dishes, and good value for money. We will gladly return.

A wonderful discovery in a lovely setting.
It's just a shame the service was so slow! Very slow.
Nevertheless, the waitress was friendly.

Excellent daily special. More than reasonable prices. Friendly and impeccable service. The setting is simply wow. In short, go there without hesitation. We even stopped by again for a drink and an ice cream in the afternoon, and the service was just as pleasant.
