02/07/2026: A pleasant hotel where everything is geared towards hikers. The welcome was friendly and smiling. We took off our shoes and went up to the clean, minimalist rooms, which, for us, had a superb view of the fields and the Puy Mary.
Breakfast was served too late and was very basic. Not the best we had. In the evening, we ate at the restaurant on the back terrace overlooking the mountains. Nice! The food wasn't particularly fancy: the fruit salad was a disaster, and for dessert, it was canned pineapple—spongy as could be. Value for money: it's still expensive... but that's generally the case in this region, although all the hotels charge similar prices.
27/06/2026: Passing through on holiday a few kilometers away, we had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed our meal at the hotel restaurant. Impeccable service, friendly and helpful staff, excellent homemade dishes, including, of course, the traditional truffade! We will definitely return to this delightful restaurant.

I'm finally taking the time to write, but please note that I was there at the end of August. I wanted to climb the Puy Mary, being a big fan of the Tour de France. On that sweltering day at the summit, I decided to ask for water at this restaurant, which was refused! I hope that if a tax inspector happens to see this, they'll read my comment because it's completely illegal, dangerous, and inhumane.
Furthermore, the staff is appalling, odious, definitely avoid this place. While I was there, all I got was reprimands and yelling.
They certainly take advantage of their tenants (the only positive thing about this restaurant) because I had the chance to talk to other customers who also found the service disgusting.
10/11/2025: We stopped there on our way down from Puy Mary, super good and very good value for money with super friendly service!

05/07/2026: When I picked up my order, I received a homophobic comment from the staff. They asked me if I wanted "my order in a bag or a purse," all while laughing amongst themselves. Avoid at all costs.
27/01/2026: Stylish Egyptian veal kebab, adorable Berlin style, I recommend it, reasonable price compared to other kebabs 🥙🥙, I recommend it.
