A last-minute reservation to avoid a stormy night in a tent, but instead we were treated to a quality hotel with an excellent meal. I recommend opting for full board, as the truffade is superb!

A very pleasant hotel. The restaurant is equally lovely, with excellent desserts. The only slight drawback is the breakfast, which is a bit pricey considering the quality of the food offered.

A charming little hotel nestled in a valley straight out of a fairytale.
The owner's welcome is genuine and warm.
The chef's cooking is simple yet delicious.
The cleanliness of the room and the building, as well as the quality of the bedding, are impeccable.

We came to the restaurant as a group of nine on Sunday at lunchtime. All our friends were delighted with the generous and truly delicious meal: nine sweetbreads with truffade and superb desserts. The service was excellent, and they want to come back despite the distance. Thank you very much!

A stay of perfect balance and serenity. The welcome is warm, the cuisine brings people together, and the rooms offer an almost... presidential retreat.
The room with a view of the Puy Mary is simply magnificent.
Special mention goes to the young waiter, remarkably professional, smiling, and attentive—a promising talent for the future of French cuisine.
And I mustn't forget the sweetbreads, simply perfect—I've never eaten any so good.
An address well worth the detour.
