07/03/2026: Lunch break one day, very good and cheap.
05/03/2026: For 34 euros, this restaurant offers a refined and carefully prepared menu. The starter was excellent: butternut squash soup with cream cheese and grilled bacon—a true delight! The main course was quite good, of high quality, but not quite flavorful enough for me; the meat wasn't showcased to its full potential.
Finally, at my request to the owner, I was able to have my Dame Blanche (vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce) served in a generous portion with a proper hot chocolate sauce and delicious grilled amakfes (a type of brioche) that looked like they were homemade.
It was a real treat; I'll gladly return!

Kudos to the chef, the meal was superb!
The atmosphere was very friendly.
The waitresses were always smiling and attentive to the customers.
Excellent service.
I highly recommend this restaurant.
We received a very warm welcome.

16/10/2025: The gentleman who looked after us from start to finish was at the bare minimum of the most basic courtesy. He never asked if we were okay, including at the end of the meal. Supreme of guinea pig stuffed with mushrooms where the mushroom flavor is completely absent. Pseudo pineapple tarte tatin served with a scoop of alcoholic ice cream without warning the customer. We noticed a drop in quality and will not return.

06/04/2026: Unacceptable! I paid online for both activities: the spa pools and the wave pool.
To my surprise, the wave pool was unavailable. No refund, no free future ticket, nothing.
I even wrote to the office, and so far, even the administrative staff haven't responded.
It's a disgrace.
I'm waiting for a response to this theft.

The relaxation area was nice, except when the lifeguards had to close the spas even though we had paid the full price; there was no discount or refund on the entrance fee.

22/04/2026: I'm changing my rating because I'm disappointed with the McDonald's in Jonzac, and for good reason: the cheese and bacon fries are very stingy. They either forget the cheese or the bacon, but the worst part was yesterday, April 21st, 2026. I ordered the same meal each time: my cheese and bacon fries arrived cold, while my mother's fries (just regular fries) were also cold. We told the server, and my mother's fries were changed. He brought me the same container, still cold. And the worst part was when I took a sip of sugar-free Coke; it was disgusting. I pointed it out, and they told me it was Cherry Coke. Uh, sorry, that's not what I ordered. I'm not sure I'll be going back.
I'll leave my previous review below: Very disappointed. I've been there twice, and both times I was served on dirty dishes and the cheese fries were cold. If they keep this up, Burger King will find its customers quickly.
Following your response, I came back this morning and again pointed out to one of your employees that we are served on dirty, sticky dishes; it's becoming disgusting.

22/09/2024: Accueil exécrable. A eviter si possible (tres peu de choix sur place). La serveuse nous demande ce que l'on souhaite boire en tournant les talons, donc impossible de lui répondre. Nous avons demandé la carte des boissons, cela l'a visiblement irrité. Il ne devait pas y en avoir. A la place, nous avons eu droit à une liste de bières. Pour dîner avec des enfants de moins de 5 ans, nous nous sommes rabattus sur de l'eau. Côté de bœuf grasse mais tendre. Hamburger basique et gras. Les plats enfants nuggets frites sont en fait des plats pour adulte à 15 euros.m (tarif non communiqué ni affiché) 1 plat pour 2 suffit amplement.

m’arrive de le faire pour d’autre resto.
Ni bonjour ni rien, un simple oui désagréable. Étonné je demande s’il s’agit bien de la crêperie, cet affreux énergumène me répond « t’as vu l’heure? ». Étonné je lui dis que 22h ce n’est pas tard pour un resto et en réponse j’ai droit à : tu te fous de ma gueule?
Donc cher Monsieur, si vous êtes fermés vous laissez le répondeur comme le font les autres restaurants et je réserve en laissant un message.
Si c’est votre téléphone perso, achetez un téléphone professionnel si vous ne voulez pas être dérangé..
Quand à vos crêpes vous pouvez vous les carrer là où je pense cela vous rendra peut être plus aimable..

19/05/2024: on nous a demandé de ne venir qu'à 12h45 au lieu de 12h30. Arrivé à 12h50, personne pour nous accueillir, nous nous sommes installés et avons attendu 20 mn pour avoir le menu. Le menu est à 26 € mais, beaucoup de plats sont avec des suppléments. Ce qui est exagéré. Par exemple, est compris dans le menu un demi magret de canard, si on en veut un entier il faut payer 7 euros en plus. Ce qui fait qu'il faut rajouter en gros 15€ si on veut manger correctement, avec des quantités normales. Commande passée, 10 mn après, on nous a annoncé plus de dos de cabillaud, plus d'andouillette. Des personnes arrivées après nous ont été servies avant nous et d'autres tables étaient toujours en attente d'être servies alors qu'elles étaient là bien avant notre arrivée. Nous avons donc décidé de partir, trop d'attente, pas assez de personnel,2 personnes pour une soixantaine de clients.

Service totalement à revoir , c est un métier de service et là c est choquant on a l impression de gêner et on nous jette limite littéralement les assiettes, nous ne reviendrons pas , peu être est-ce du au changement de propriétaire ??? ...
