14/08/2026: We had a lovely day. The play area is well-suited for the whole family and the setting is very pretty. I'm taking off one star for the snack bar. There was a lack of organization when we ordered, and then we ordered a chicken and vegetable wrap. It turned out to be a wrap with grated carrots. A shame.

14/08/2026: We spent yesterday at Antilles de Jonzac. A few years ago, it was fantastic, with the play area open to everyone and the relaxation area reserved for adults. Now it's chaos! Children are allowed in the relaxation area, making it a noisy, disrespectful place, completely unsuitable for the relaxation we were hoping for. We fled! So, €48.50 for two people to leave before we could even enjoy the promised relaxation... It's hard to swallow. The sauna area isn't any better; it's clearly marked as quiet, but it's a real free-for-all! We are very disappointed.

11/08/2026: Extremely disappointed, it's getting worse and worse. The more years go by, the more the casino changes, but unfortunately not for the better. I'm a regular customer, and today I was refused entry because I was wearing flip-flops. Sorry, but given the heat... Anyway, I've been in several times before wearing flip-flops and no one ever said anything, but not this time! Is it management? The staff? Or just favoritism? I don't know... I was already disappointed with the restaurant, unfortunately, because waiting almost an hour for cocktails is really getting ridiculous...

22/04/2026: I'm changing my rating because I'm disappointed with the McDonald's in Jonzac, and for good reason: the cheese and bacon fries are very stingy. They either forget the cheese or the bacon, but the worst part was yesterday, April 21st, 2026. I ordered the same meal each time: my cheese and bacon fries arrived cold, while my mother's fries (just regular fries) were also cold. We told the server, and my mother's fries were changed. He brought me the same container, still cold. And the worst part was when I took a sip of sugar-free Coke; it was disgusting. I pointed it out, and they told me it was Cherry Coke. "Uh, sorry, that's not what I ordered." I'm not sure I'll be going back. I'll leave my previous review below: Very disappointed. I've been there twice, and both times I was served on dirty dishes and the cheese fries were cold. If they keep this up, Burger King will find its customers quickly. Following your response, I came back this morning and again pointed out to one of your employees that we are served on dirty, sticky dishes; it's becoming disgusting.
