03/05/2026: A wonderful experience at this restaurant, situated in an unusual setting where nature deliberately takes center stage.
The chef shared his extensive experience with us through his dishes. I take my hat off to him for the slow-cooked sea bass with thinly sliced artichokes: a truly signature dish. The other dishes were all executed with exquisite precision in seasoning and cooking, where the ingredients are clearly at the heart of the chef's vision.
If you are a wine lover, the Charentais wine is featured prominently and complemented our meal beautifully.

03/08/2024: On vient depuis des années parce que c'est toujours très bon.
On adore les huîtres chaudes et les acras, les poissons, le moelleux au chocolat et les énormes profiteroles.
31/07/2024: Juste un vrai plaisir de venir et revenir à cette excellente table !
Tant dans nos assiettes qu'au niveau du service ! Et Mme la Patronne est au top!
