28/07/2026: I'm revising my opinion downwards because the owner changed in 2024 and the quality isn't the same anymore, whether it's the pastries, cakes, or bread. The croissants sold at Spar are much better. The iconic Saulnier is nothing like the one we used to buy a few years ago. The fruit tarts are decent. There's no longer a queue in the morning outside this establishment, which speaks volumes.

02/08/2026: We made a reservation by phone/message and received a very quick response, which was much appreciated. Upon arrival, we received a warm and friendly welcome. The terrace overlooking the small square is truly charming; it really feels like a holiday. A minor drawback was the drinks menu: aperitifs and cocktails are offered immediately, and we were directed towards soft drinks or alcoholic beverages rather than the option of tap water. We opted for non-alcoholic cocktails, which were very good. As we prefer fish, we would have appreciated a few more choices on the menu (smoked salmon, trout, etc.). A menu we saw online mentioned the Norwegian galette, which was no longer available at the restaurant, so we opted for cheese galettes, which we found a bit small. The small side salad was also very limited. The crepes for dessert, however, were a bit more generous. One last small point: the restrooms weren't very clean at the end of our meal. I suspect this was due to previous customers, but a quick check between seatings would be a real plus. The bill came to around €100 for the meal, a bit high considering the portion sizes. That said, the setting and the service were truly pleasant, and we were left with a good overall impression despite these minor points for improvement.
