04/11/2025: We were cycling from Brest to Biarritz and found the perfect accommodation at this campsite – a tent lodge in a beautiful spot in the dunes, with the beach right behind it. The lodge was equipped with everything we needed (including a refrigerator, cooking facilities, and very comfortable chairs on the terrace). It was a really lovely spot for us. There's no direct access to the beach, but walking a few meters never hurt anyone. The breakfast service was excellent, and the staff were friendly. The nearest grocery store isn't far away. The only real downside was the exorbitant price of the bottled wines offered at the campsite. Thankfully, they were organic and regional, but we paid €26 at the campsite for a wine that costs less than €8 at the producer (we visited them)! We understand that shopping at the campsite store is more expensive, but these wine prices are truly outrageous.

31/03/2026: High-quality, handcrafted cuisine! Refined dishes, prepared with care. A small menu is a sign of quality! The meal was delicious. The value for money is excellent. I highly recommend it! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
22/03/2026: The food must be good there, but unfortunately, after an 8km hike from Rivedoux, the restaurant was closed. This doesn't match the information I found on Google. It's a shame, given how few restaurants there are in the village.

20/11/2025: We spent a week at Les Grenettes with my husband and our little dog. A very pleasant week, both the location and the mobile home.
The staff are very friendly and everything is very clean. We will be back.

09/02/2026: It used to be a good bakery, but now it's mediocre and expensive.
€1.40 for a pain au chocolat is a rip-off, and what's more, even if you buy them in the morning, they're really not good: overcooked, not crispy, and with a truly awful taste.
A bakery designed to scam tourists, not to retain the customers who come year-round.

29/09/2024: I am responding to your comment regarding the lifeguard who ruined our moment. Let me clarify: he certainly wasn't 'unblocking' anything. He was too busy leisurely swimming laps and then diving into the pool. If that’s his definition of ‘work’, there was clearly a misunderstanding about the position to be filled! When we arrived, he was too busy chatting – or rather flirting – with a lady also on duty, who spent more time laughing at his jokes than providing us with bathrobes. 5 star service, really?

We received a very friendly and hospitable welcome from the owner.
The rooms, breakfast room, and garden were very well-maintained.
The breakfast is very varied!
All of this in a quiet location just outside the village.
We will definitely return for a longer stay.

Perfect for resting and recuperating in an exceptional setting. Exceptional breakfast: "The best of the Île de Ré" :)

23/07/2024: Pâte insipide et sans goût ! C’est un empilement d’ingrédients de très médiocre qualité, le tout recouvert d’une sorte de fromage industriel très indigeste. De pizza cela n’a que le nom !
11/07/2024: Des pizzas bien garnies sur de la pâte à tarte avec un « fromage » industriel extrêmement salé.
C’est vraiment dommage d’avoir une patte cartonneuse avec d’aussi belles recettes
