30/07/2026: A dinner in July 2026, on the evening of the France-Morocco quarter-final match. On the terrace, at 9:45 PM, the waiter asked all the customers to pay the bill for the following reason: CLOSING AT 10:00 PM. We had barely left when the staff got into their vehicles, probably in a great hurry to go watch the match. 🤔 Their attitude towards customers was very cavalier and not at all customer-friendly.

20/07/2026: A new venue booked to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. We opted for both premium menus. Complete disappointment from beginning to end. Despite competent service that listened to our shared frustration with the main course, the dessert followed suit. Even a waiter admitted the dish was bland and apologized. There was an eighth of a burnt tomato on the plate, the meat was cooked well but completely unseasoned, and the Madeira sauce was served on a plate with no flavor and yellow grease oozing from the topping. The lemon tart had a soggy, lukewarm crust, lacking any real flavor despite small pieces of candied lemon that, in my opinion, weren't made by the chef. The dessert looked like it had been sitting in the refrigerator for several days. In short, we would have loved to write a much more positive review, but our day was a painful memory, especially as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. No change at the till, even though we didn't ask, just a quick word: "I heard things didn't go well." The response: First and last time. A shame, given the lovely setting and the good waitstaff...
