20/01/2026: Absolutely delicious and very welcoming!! The variety of Peking duck and steamed duck is amazing!

13/01/2026: A lovely dinner at a Chinese restaurant with a very pleasant and immersive atmosphere. We had a reservation for two people on a weekday evening. The service was a bit reserved; there was only one waitress taking orders and serving. We each ordered an aperitif: the homemade iced tea and the Soho cocktail, both very delicious. Then, we ordered breaded tofu with sweet and sour sauce and a shrimp and chicken mix with coconut sauce, served with rice. The portions were generous, and we couldn't finish our plates. The dishes are served on chafing dishes, which keeps them warm. Overall, it was very good, and the seasoning was perfect. For dessert, we opted for an ice cream sundae (two enormous scoops!) and jasmine tea. The service was good, fairly quick, but not very friendly. The atmosphere is very pleasant, cozy, and calm. Conversation is easy. We recommend it for a quiet and stress-free evening.

15/01/2026: The meal is very good, delicious, and fragrant with the spices of this country. They offer a daily menu with dishes that aren't necessarily on their regular menu, so there are culinary discoveries to be made.

31/12/2025: Our Lapsang tea arrived in New Zealand yesterday in perfect condition, and we enjoyed our first cup today. Absolutely delicious! Thank you for the prompt and efficient delivery of our package, as well as for the two samples. We just tasted your Earl Grey tea sample, which was delicious. However, Earl Grey isn't our favorite tea at the moment; we'll stick with Lapsang! Lapsang is available here in NZ, but not of the same quality as your Thé des Muses. 14/02/2026: Good evening, huge disappointment for a Valentine's Day evening at Le Phénix tonight, the service was slow, the welcome was terrible despite the table reservation not being respected and in the end I left without the rose, huge disappointment, I am not ready to go back anytime soon, very disappointed this year.

01/01/2026: Dinner at this Asian restaurant on New Year's Eve 2025 was very, very good. The pad thai was sublime and the Peking duck was delicious; in fact, the entire menu was excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant.

08/12/2025: A loyal customer for over 10 years! The food is delicious, authentic, and full of flavor. The Peking duck is perfectly crispy, and the homemade appetizers are a real treat. The service is quick and attentive. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. I highly recommend it.

27/12/2025: Very disappointed by the professionalism he boasts of, since he forgot my Christmas order... No apology or discount, which made us wait 30 minutes and was served with translucent, defrosted, and therefore inedible bean sprouts

03/01/2026: The welcome wasn't great, the place was practically empty, but they were still trying to find us a table. I'd barely finished the bottle of tomato juice in my glass when the waitress grabbed the Tabasco and celery salt... Stop, let me have some, grrr! As for the food, there wasn't much choice. But otherwise, the bill was reasonable!

25/12/2025: Nothing to complain about, a fantastic buffet, a friendly and family atmosphere. The buffet isn't as extensive as chain restaurants, but the quality is definitely there. Special mention goes to the beef with onions, it's divine. The shrimp fritters have a very light batter and aren't greasy at all. The jasmine tea is real, not a pre-made tea bag like elsewhere. The buffet is regularly replenished, so it's always fresh, not just reheated food like some other places. And they even give you the famous hot towel at the end of the meal to clean your hands—a tradition lost among the competition! I highly recommend it; it's become our regular spot and canteen, and the price is great, less than €20 per person (excluding drinks).

19/12/2025: The owner was extremely unpleasant. He refused to take our takeaway order and hung up on us... Unbelievable!

14/12/2025: We called for three people, saying we'd be there in 5 minutes. The welcome was good; so far, everything seemed "normal"... Then the first course arrived: We almost thought it was for the whole table, but no, it was just my daughter's cashew chicken: HUGE! Cantonese rice followed, and the owner recommended one for two people. We understood why when we saw that dish arrive as well. And everything is like that. What's more, it's really delicious! So at first glance, you might find it expensive when reading the menu outside, but once you've experienced both the quality and the quantity, the price is more than justified. And the owner, what a character: Lively, approachable, truly delightful! We'll be back often.
