Fairly large Chinese restaurant, with helpful staff. The food is good ; we see that some dishes are better than others. I think if you know what to order you can have a really good experience. But some dishes might be better elsewhere.
The waiting time for dishes is a little longer than in surrounding restaurants, but it is a pace that is suitable if you are coming for lunch/dinner with family for an event.
The quantity is very reasonable for the price.

A rather large Chinese restaurant, with a staff that is neither nice nor rude.
The food was good; some dishes are better executed than others.
I think if you know what dishes to order, you're pretty safe and are going to have a good experience. But some dishes might be better in other restaurants. We waited a bit longer for our food than we would in other surrounding places but the rhythm is one that is suited for family lunch/dinner for special occasion.
The quantity is also pretty reasonable for the price.
Bonus for the fried eggplants, the fried tofu and the XO sauce fried green beans

19/04/2024: Very fast service, certainly for some they may seem cold but that's okay. There are worse and there are better.
I enjoyed the seafood rice noodles, soup n°2 and the chicken feet. There are more common dishes too, so there is something for everyone.

18/03/2024: I chose this restaurant for its cozy atmosphere more than 25 years ago. Nothing to do with the minimalist "canteen" decor of the other restaurants on the street. I go back every year because I live more than thirty km away. If I go back there, it's because I've never eaten anything so good. The spring rolls are homemade, not frozen, so good. The grandmother-style caramel pork served still bubbling in its little terracotta pot is divine. the meat is tender.
stir-fried beef noodles!!!! 5 stars.
so yes, we get away with €50 per person (but it's for my birthday, and it's my only gift). But we pay for real, quality, home-cooked food, not frozen food. It's been the same owner for over 25 years! it is therefore a guarantee of quality!
my only regret is that they have just removed crab fried rice from the menu! put it back please!!!

07/01/2024: Resto owned by a laotian immigrant and his family, a classic for Paris 13e even with the colonial vibe but the service was BAD !
I was here in the summer and the only other family was from French Pondicherry.
It may be sort of a historical legend but the taste feels pretty historical too.
21/12/2023: My favorite restaurant! My parents have been going there since before I was born (I’m 31) and it’s always a real pleasure!
The service is perfect and the place is beautiful and very pleasant. The dishes are succulent and quality! The price is consistent with the quality of the products!
Can’t wait for you to finish your work so you can come back to it! 🙂

20/02/2024: Cheap and delicious, the service is also very good. There are not many people usually, so it is very convenient to go directly without making a reservation. The food is very fresh, unlike some Chinese restaurants where it has been left for a long time to be heated before being served. There is no bad attitude or problem with the order of serving as mentioned in the reviews. I don’t know why the reviews say this.

I ordered 1 papaya salad, 2 dishes including sautéed vegetables for 41 euros on Deliveroo. I am amazed at the quantities! For the price paid. Not worth that baby portion!! I do not recommend this restaurant
03/04/2024: I ordered from Uber Eats when there was a promotion on steamed chicken rice. 1 purchased = 1 free.
The portions were ridiculous, the 2 portions combined were not even worth a normal portion.
1 bought + 1 free = 1 serving...
Very disappointed, I do not recommend at all.

11/05/2024: My family went to dinner there the day before. Within 10 minutes, they found 1 fly in one sauce and a mosquito in another. They wanted to vomit all evening. Not to mention the really questionable quality of the dishes (dry noodles, etc.)

A classic that has disappeared...€9.80.rice+peking duck too dry and the guy put the neck bone in(!).
01/04/2024: We ordered a Peking duck and sautéed beef noodle.
What can I say, the unfriendly waitress went to look for a box behind the counter! And Nius said to reheat it in the microwave
I think it must have been leftovers from the day before.
