03/08/2025: Le Mandarin is our go to spot whenever we're in Saint-Ouen. The portions are generous, the prices are very reasonable compared to other places.
The service is friendly and welcoming, and it seems to be a family-run place, which adds to the charm. It’s not fancy, but it’s honest, tasty, and consistent. If you’re looking for a good Chinese meal at a decent price, this place is definitely worth a visit.
22/06/2025: Cold food, leftover noodles, and appalling hygiene.
There was a mosquito in the vinegar, and the cutlery was dirty (photos available).
I had a skin reaction after the meal, but the chef ignored our complaints. Avoid this place at all costs, even at a low price; food safety is paramount!

15/01/2026: Family dinner on December 23rd at noon: all-you-can-eat buffet: Chicken nuggets that taste like Marseille soap and ravioli that taste like hand sanitizer. Or mini chocolate éclairs that haven't been thawed... NEVER AGAIN!
27/12/2025: They might as well stay closed if they're going to welcome customers without turning on the heating! Horrible. The decor looks like something out of a horror movie hospital. I really don't recommend it at all.

11/01/2026: Avoid this restaurant at all costs. The service is awful; don't even think about having a family meal here because the food is ready every 20 minutes. The descriptions on the kiosks don't match what's actually served. The smash burgers aren't "smash" at all; the meat is thick. The fries are bad. No sauce is provided for either the spring rolls or the fries. You have to ask for everything. The tables are greasy... truly disappointing.
08/01/2026: I'm really disappointed. Today I came all the way from far away for a takeout order, and half of it was forgotten! And I can't even go back and pick it up!
Plus, I specifically asked before leaving if my order was complete. I'm still incredibly disappointed with the service.

Out of 6 people, 4 were sick (vomiting diarrhea)

15/06/2024: J'y suis allé avec ma famille, l'une des employées était agressive, elle essayait de vérifier les portefeuilles de mon enfant de 10 ans sans permission, elle disait qu'il avait des bonbons à l'intérieur alors que ce n'était pas le cas quand nous avons vérifié ( elle a traité une gamine de 10 par une voleuse) la raison était qu'il était arabe, quand j'ai demandé le numéro de son manager pour lui parler de ce problème tout le personnel a refusé de soutenir leur amie et elle ne s'est pas excusée du tout.
Pour ce qui est des repas, rien ne mérite le prix que nous payons, il fait froid et je pense qu'ils servent de la nourriture datant d'hier.

3 of us went to eat... all 3 of us came out with food poisoning.
We are all sick then Saturday. The dishes were disgusting! Sorry there is no other term to describe them!
I'm thinking of making a report because it's very serious... and I notice that the owner or the person who responds to the reviews does not realize the customer feedback which is catastrophic and who tries to alert them so that there is change .
Please take into account the feedback from those who have tasted your food.
Ps: Special mention for the bitter person who serves as a waitress and who was on the defensive.

One of the waiters was very nice, but the food was cata.. stomach ache towards the 🚾
