09/09/2026: I've been eating at this caterer for over 10 years. The food is good, and it's even getting better. Quite refined for an Asian caterer in the 93rd district. I'm always warmly welcomed and well served. I've always enjoyed my meals there; I call it my go-to place. Cleanliness and service are top-notch.

17/08/2026: This isn't my first time here, and the customer service still leaves much to be desired: the servers are incredibly unfriendly, though unfortunately, we're used to it! The biggest problem remains the air conditioning. During periods of intense heat, it gets extremely hot in the restaurant, making the meal very unpleasant! Some dishes ordered are also never brought to the table, and the dessert selection is very limited.

19/10/2026: Subject: Reporting a suspected case of food poisoning after a takeout order On [month and year], I purchased a takeout meal from [name and address] restaurant. I ate it on [month and year]. After this meal, I experienced severe diarrhea and repeated vomiting. I had to see a doctor urgently, who prescribed medication for the vomiting and diarrhea. I missed a day of work and then had to return despite my condition due to my work obligations. I suspect food poisoning related to this meal, but I am unable to determine the cause myself. I went to the restaurant with a friend to report the incident. The staff informed me that the manager was absent and asked me to leave my phone number for a refund, and then to call back the next day at 10:00 AM. I called at the indicated time, but there was no answer. During another call that evening, I again asked to speak to the manager. I was asked to call back the next day at 10:00 AM, and then again at 10:30 AM when I explained that I had already called without success. These repeated attempts did not yield a substantive response. I request that the food preparation and storage conditions be verified, particularly the procedures for transferring food from hot to cold. I also request that the temperature displays and storage instructions provided to customers be reviewed to determine if these dishes can be sold refrigerated under the conditions practiced by this establishment. This incident has had significant consequences for my health and my job. I want my complaint taken seriously to prevent any potential risks to other customers. I also request a written response from the restaurant and a refund for the meal. I can provide my receipt, photographs taken on-site, available medical documentation, and my call history.
