I prepare my plates: a small salad with lettuce, thinly sliced ​​tomatoes, and corn, dressed with a little vinaigrette. I take out the crêpe pan, heat it up a bit, add the butter, then the galette, heather, and egg. I let it melt a little, then add the ham on top, a little of my mushroom, shallot, and bacon mixture.
